NEVER thought I'd say this -but poor Lavaniya!!

Seriously guys,

Today's episode was a lot of fun, and Im sure everyone enjoyed the humorous apology practice, and Im very happy they are still giving us character insight and developing the leads without resorting to a goat for comic relief. But one thing kept happening, and kept getting pushed into the background-Lavaniya's rejections, and my sympathy just grew and grew. She has really become part of the family, and cares about him and wants to be with him to the point where she's even become a different person.

I mean, this girl has done nothing to deserve her treatment at ASR's hands, she's even changed her clothing and attitude, and has moved from her earlier shallow, selfish and arrogant persona and has become such a sweet, nice girl. She was so cute with Shyam and Di in their scene, totally a family member, smiling and being supportive. I felt bad seeing her face when ASR took her hands off his shoulder, or said "Enough Lavaniya" in such a mean way, or even when he ignored her asking for a lunch date or to go to the party. This is your live in girlfriend, you jerk! Shes not at fault if you are too arrogant to realize you don't love her, because she sure as hell loves you! No one puts up with so much crap if they dont really want their relationship to work

I think ASR has done more to hurt Lavaniya so far than he really has to Khushi, even if she doesnt realize it yet, and will be causing La much more pain in the upcoming episodes than she could ever deserve. She was brought here to Raizada House by him, and given rights here as his girlfriend, and he is doing everything to ignore that, and doesnt even see how bad his treatment is. He should be feeling guilty for Lavaniya's situation as well, since he's responsible for her too. Now that she has become good friends with Khushi, I feel that the Arnav-Khushi relationship will be a double betrayal for her, and I feel so bad for her!

Dear Mr Raizada, you are truly hot, and it hurts somewhere deep deep inside to have to yell at you. However, us women must speak up for each other, so here goes. You've given Lavaniya all the wrong signals, and you'd better be practicing the apologies, Mr Raizada, because you have a HUGE one coming up where you have to say sorry to Lavaniya for leading her on and breaking her heart. You are, however, still smokin', so all is not lost.

I really feel for the poor girl too!! I was hoping against hopes that while he was practicing saying sorry, he would try mumbling it to La - it would have been two birds with one stone!!

I really don't understand what the ASR-La relationship is based on. He doesn't share anything with her, let alone talk to her for a minute about anything but work! They don't spend any personal time together anymore and they never did before either...so why were they in a relationship to begin with? ASR doesn't seem like the type to just play along just because La likes him...

The only reason ASR wanted a live-in relationship was to push Nani's buttons but now that Nani seems to be accepting this new change in La, whats the reason to continue the relationship?

Im just hoping that Anjali will speak up for Lavaniya in some way here, because its kind of her responsibility, since ASR brought La here to stay back as per Anjali's request, and Anjali took the challenge from Naniji to change La into wife material.

Also, someone should speak for her, because now everyone in the family can see that even though La is now everything ASR wants (modern, groomed) and also is trying to become someone Nani likes (attending pujas, being traditional in the home) this is STILL not enough to make La ASR's bride. We know that poor La can become a xerox copy as much as possible, but the original Lukhnow jalebi is still what the diabetic craves!

Anjali should be pretty mad at ASR, she is seeing how her efforts to make La a bahu, as per ASR's needs, is basically a failure. She is the only one who can say something, and obviously, I dont want him to marry La or even start marriage preparations with La, because we all know that aint happening, and the poor fool shouldnt be given dreams that wont come true, its too cruel!

Anjali giving him a reality check, that Lavaniya is doing all this for him, and that he should care for her, and watch out for her, etc might be the kick in the pants ASR needs.

For the story to move, he has to get to the thought that okay, I should do and feel all this for this woman, but good God, Im feeling all this not for La, but for that dupatta wali whats-her-name! And that might be the only way for him to analyze his feelings and understand that holy crap! he's fallen in love, but with the chamkeeli, not the chamcha!

You are right I do feel sorry for her but I don't agree with what you said about Khushi. He has proper hurt Khushi a lot more than Lavanya. Lavanya is probably used to his ill treatment. I think he does need to be softer towards her. I think Lavanya is a fool for not seeing that ASR doesn't love her I mean the guy basically told her she wasn't important to him without even hesitating.
