Romeo and Juliet, Laila and Majnu. and all the other classics that come associated with when you think of 'inevitable love'.. Is love that hard to find? or when you find it, is it that hard to win?
Thinking of why Arnav Singh Raizada hates to love and loves to hate, made me wonder if the story of his parents too, was a tragic love story? there have been references to state that it was tragic, but none that say it was a love story. But seeing the man have a heart-felt hate for love feels like he has had some infamous clash with a story of love that left such a scar on him. He has choosen to distance himself from normal humans and dissolve into being a workaholic. And nani said something like : "i've lost your parents already, so i don't want to loose you too?" plus the flashbcks keep hinting to something of this kind. And when someone tries to sympathise with the loss of his parents (read KKG), he feels that noone can feel the way he does..and why not? only he knows what he has gone through..
Did the shocking state of his parents' story leave such an effect on him? or was he born like that? Can he see more to love than just it as a life-destroyer? Can he love more than just the plants in his garden or his dear di? Can his story of love get beyond just romance?(ok inspiration from 'mausam')
Will the girl in his life change his notion towards love? (reference to the girl in his life is not la, by the way) or will it too, just remain a tragedy, like his parents' unconditioned love story?
