Kushi's father saw right through Shyam. He was not impressed by Shyam's behavior or charmed by him. Shyam has realized that Kushi's father cannot be impressed so easily and has caught him talking on the phone with Rani Sahiba.
When he had the attack he called the doctor early so that he can impress him and the other family members. But he has a lingering doubt about the phone which he left on the bed beside the father. When he comes back he finds it on the stool beside the bed.The doctor gave him some medicines and told him it is important that everybody in the house should be informed that a tablet should be given and the doctor called next time he has pain. Also that he has a heart problem. But Shyam does not bother to tell anyone.
Maybe if the father is getting in the then he may stoop to doing away with him after we know he will go to any extent to get Kushi.
