Who is that boy?

I want to know about that flashback. A boy around 15-20 years old yielding "Maaa", a women running away & Anjali socked with dulhan avatar. There have another flashback in which the same boy & girl were thrown by a man from a palace.

Who is this boy ❓ Is he Arnav ❓

Recently Anjali celebrate their 3^rd Marriage Anniversary. If that boy is Arnav then how it possible that within 3 yrs Arnav's look & maturity changed at today's level. And also as per story we know today Arnav is near 26 yrs. Now if their parents died in a same day same accident then why Arnav become furious about marriage concept. ❓

Is that boy is Arnav's step brother ❓ 😕

it was definitely arnav. maybe anjali's marriage would've stopped on that day due to da sudden death of their parents and late on pervert must have proposed to her

pbtghosh - I think things are obvious- He is Arnav when his parents die and mostly his sister's marriage is cancelled

im afraid anjali's lot older than arnav so that's why he looks really young in da flashback
