A page from Director's Diary – Gul Khan
I have been in this industry from long time and now its almost 10 years and in last 3 years I and my production house 4 lions Pvt ltd has worked on three different shows. All our shows are very different from each other and focuses on different genre of classes and this is the trademark of our team. Our journey started with Mile Jab Hum Tum on Star One which was based on college youth and their attitude towards life and their relationships. Our next show was Geet again on Star One which was a story about a girl who was a victim of NRI marriage and her battle with society and her family where she discovers the true side of her by becoming independent and meeting her right match. Drashti and Gurmeet did complete justice with their characters and made it loved by all the genres.Our next show is on Star plus Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon which is based on two individuals who are separated due to their fate and their promises. They are soul mates but when they realize the true meaning of unconditional love they are tested by the destiny. Our latest show is a step towards a more matured love story that is full of hatred and betrayal but three individuals who are the victims of destiny battle their emotions and responsibilities while understanding friendship, hatred, marriage, death, relationships, promises, love and then regaining themselves for the sake of their families. Sanaya Irani, Barun and Abhass were the apt choice for the leads and the whole story revolves around Khushi, Arnav And Dhruv that will bring a new meaning of love for the audience.
