Shlok and Astha are in "disguise" under false identity in Indrajit Sarkar's house.

And they are on a "mission" the Power of Attorney

I do not know what they mean by "Power of Attorney". Is the papers signed by Niranjan who was tricked by Varad who was tricked by Indrajit Sarkar (phew...!) ?

Indrajit tricked Varad and Varad tricked Niranjan and noone checked and it happened to be the "power of attorney" Am I right? I am guessing. Correct me if I am wrong.

Now Shlok and Astha are in Indrajit Sarkar's house (meaning their own house) for the sake of the POA.

Power of Attorney if given by Niranjan can be cancelled by Niranjan. Niranjan has only to go to the lawyer who registered the power of attorney. Why go on a wild goose chase?

Indrajit Sarkar never bothered to check the credentials of someone like Astha who lives in the house and goes everywhere in the house. Same goes for Ballu. His "disguise" is "amazing" to put it mildly.

So why do they take so much trouble to find the Power of Attorny?

as I know once u sign the POA u can't cancel but u can hire a lawyer to make a new POA and get Indru sign...that's means transfer back the property...

the reason why Astha & Shlok looking for the POA, is to destroy the prove of property transfer to Indru..

Mission POA had a few objectives, but whether those were met or not is another..story.

1 To keep Ashlok under the same roof

2 To give us Ashlok scenes..more... (but failing)

3 For the sibling Sarkars to fall in love with Ashlok.

4 To see Shlok do something besides romance his hot Biwi..that is cook and clean.

5 To make Shlok feel Jealous..but is he...have seen only bits and pieces of his so called Jealousy.

6 For Aastha to prove EBP how she can juggle a career and multitask.. a family's honour , play with the kids, cook and feed her boss..at the same time arrange a rendevouz with her PD.

I can go on and on..but these are the top...

As for logic and sanity in the tracks..the CV's lost the plot a while ago.. on a trip..to Timbuktu..no wait..that is coming with the COMA N AMNESIA.

The person who made the POA can revoke it. Just by destroying the POA does not do anything.

Well may be it does. But revoking it is the one way to cancel it. The person who made the POA can cancel it too.

If it is POA that is . But if Niranjan had signed over the property to sircar then he cannot "cancel" it . the deed is done.

Because they keep saying POA in the serial I am wondering why Ahlok had to go into so much trouble.

Without knowing any details of the POA I think it is not possible to revoke...

Why would not a person who made it in the first place not know any details about it? If not then they can go the lawyer who made it and get the details can't they?

If it is POA that is. There must be a lawyer for Niranjan. and a lawyer who made the POA for Indrajeet.

And POA being a legal document there must be details available for it. If it is a POA that is. If it is a deed that Niranjan signed over the property then nothing can be done even by getting hold of the document.

And in this case Ashlok know about the document. I mean details of the document. So why then can they not find details about it?

Instead of staying in Indrajeet Sircar's house for the sake of POA and other things. I am really puzzled.
