Same i am trying to tell . She is not afraid of Niranjan , she should have opened her mind and she also knew that Anjali is going to get the burnt of all this when she was innocent .

You saw Niranjan,s expressions when he was looking at Anjali . Why did not astha told before everyone that Jyoti was not with them as Sojal was also there . And what about tomorrow , that man is monster who gives a damn about relations , can not love his own kids . Shalok ih his favorite because he is following him , the day shalok knew his about his monstrosities , will he still be singing the Baba song Knowing he distanced his own mother from him , snatched his love and threw him in the dark places . So forget he is going to b sweet about all this and why Astha is snooping around , she is scared how he will treat Anjali .

I write whats before my eyes , not waiting whats going to happen tomorrow . It does not fit with Astha,s character . just changer her when is required .
