Ashlok SS-Bandhan

Part 20

Shlok insisted and repeatedly asked her to give some answer and now it was getting impossible for her to stay quiet...so she finally broke her silence...

Astha:shlok aap bura mat maniye ga...par aap ke iss sawal ka jawab main khud nahi janti...mujhey thora sa waqt chahiye...
All his excitement faded out in a second...she tooo noticed his changing expressions...and she didn't know why but her heart squeezed on his state...so she slowly held his hand in hers... shocking him with her action...

Astha:lekin shlok main aik baat achey se janti hoon ke ab main sirf aapki hoon...mujhey apni aaney wali poori zindagi aap ke saath guzarni hai...kismat ne aapko merey liye chunna hai...she said shyly...

A feeling of joy creep inside him...''atleast astha ne yeh tu kaha ke woh apni zindagi merey saath guzarna chahti hain... merey liye yehi kafi hai...aur main itni khushiyan doon ga astha ko... ke jald hi woh khud mujhey ''i love you'' kahein gi...he thought to himself and said to her...

Shlok:''Thank u thank u thank u sooo much astha..yeh sab bol kar mujhey bohat ziada kush karney ke liye ...aap meri khushi ka andaza bhi nahi laga sakti...aur main vada karta hoon ...bohat jald aap woh baat khud bolein gi jo main sunnana chahta hoon...his lips brushed her hand and she immediately pulled her hand back in shyness...
Shlok:arey astha aap itna kyun sharmati hain mujhse ...agar aisa hi chalta raha tu seriously aap ko tu bohat problem honey wala hai mujhse shaadi kar ke...a mischievious smile appeared on his face...making her heart beats to go violent...

Astha:please aap kuch aur baat nahi kar saktey...

Shlok:haan waisey aap theek keh rahi hain...agar aisi baatein ab karoon ga tu shaadi ke baad kya karoon ga...he winked...
and she got extremely nervous...seeing her nervous he laughed...jab aap sharmati haina tu aap bohat hi cute lagti hain...he was busy teasing her when anjali called him...
Shlok:uff lagta hai aaj koi mujhey apni mangetar se pyaar se do baatein bhi nahi karney de ga...and lazily he attended the call...''hello aayi''...
Anjali:itni dher kyun lagayi call attend karney main????...waisey main ney yeh kehney ke liye phone kiya tha ke astha terey saath hai uss ka achey khayal rakhna...pareshan mat karna meri bahu ko...
Shlok:tu meri aayi hai ya astha ki???...aur tujhey kaisey laga ke main teri bahu ko pareshan karoon ga????akhir wo meri bhi kuch lagti hai...
Astha who was hearing this all... was smiling ...
Anjali:main achey se janti hoon tumhein... tu ussey zaroor pareshan kar raha hoga...
Shlok:theek hai agar aisa hai tu... tu khud astha se poch le...and he handed his mobile to her...batayiye aayi ko ke main ne aap ko kitna pareshan kiya...he was smirking ...
Astha:nahi anjali aunty...shlok mera bohat khayal rakh rahein hain...
Anjali:astha beta...tu mujhey aunty kyun bol rahi hai...aayi keh na beta ...jaisey merey liye shlok hai waisey hi merey liye tu bhi hai samjhi tu ayinda se mujhey aayi hi keh kar bulana...ab rakhti hoon..apna aur shlok ka khayal rakhna...
Astha:ji aayi aur aap hamarey liye pareshan mat hoyiye ga..hum theek hain...
Anjali:hamesha kush raho...and she ended the call...

As she said the word aayi her eyes were filled with tears...shlok put his arm around her and caressed her shoulder softly...
Shlok:dekha aap ne meri aayi ko mujhse ziada aap ki fikr hai...and both smiled slightly staring each other...

It was midnight and both don't know when they slept talking about their academic life...astha's head was now resting on shlok's shoulder and both were peacefully sleeping...when suddenly it started raining ...
Both woke up with the rain falling on them...and shlok suggested that its better to go back to their car...he removed his jacket and place above their heads to save themselves from rain...

They ran back to their car...and entered back seat ...
Astha was shivering as her dress still got wet despite the jacket compared to shlok whose shirt was less wet...
After sometime shlok noticed red rashes on her arms...
Shlok:astha yeh aap ke bazoo par nishan kaisey...she noticed the rashes...and said...kuch nahi shlok mujhey ziada dher pani main rehney se allergy ho jati hai...aap fikr mat kijiye theek ho jaye gi...
Shlok:aisey kaisey fikr na karoon...dhekiye tu kitney nishan hai...aik kaam kijiye aap meri shirt pehn lijiye...yeh ziada nahi bheegi hai...
Astha:nahi iss ki koi zaroorat nahi hai...
Shlok:astha please ...pehn lijiye and aap aisa mat sochiye ke aap yeh shirt pehn le gi tu movies ki tarah hamarey beech kuch na kuch ho jayega...trust kijiye mujh par... aisa kuch nahi karoon ga...he winked...ab aap yahan aram se change kar lijiye main ghari ki lights off kar raha hoon...aur main bahir ja raha hoon...
Astha:par aap kahan jayen gey itni baarish main...
Shlok:main yehi hoon ...aap change kar ke mujhe awaz de dijiye ga...
Astha:aap yehi pass main hi rehna shlok...mujhey andherey se bohat darr lagta hai...
Shlok:dont worry main yehi hoon...and he picked his jacket and and leave the car...
Astha quickly changed to his shirt...his shirt was quite long for her...almost covering her knees...she was nervous in his shirt but scared of the dark she called his name...shlok...aap aa saktey hain ab..shlok opened the door of the back seat and got mesmerized to see her like this...but the very next moment when he noticed her trying to cover her legs with the shirt ...he stepped back and opened the front door and shifted to the seat...
They were on different seats but still their eyes met each other through the mirror...now dim car light was increasing the tension between them...finally shlok closed his eyes to act as he is sleeping... making her to feel relaxed...

It was 7:am in the morning when shlok opened his eyes..rain almost stopped...but astha was no where to be seen...even his shirt was there on the backseat...he got worried for her and searched for her anxiously...

Shlok:astha kahan chali gayi???...kahin ussey kuch ho tu nahi gaya???...he run here and there like crazy ...after running a short distance..he saw astha in her salwar suit... washing her face with the same lake water where they spend some time last night...shlok immediately rushed to her and with a jerk pulled her to him..and hugged her tightly..

Shlok:Thank God aap theek hain...pata bhi hai aapko main kitna pareshan ho gaya tha...kaisey kaisey khayal aa rahey they mujhe...bata kar aana chahiye tha na aap ko...he was badly sweating and was very tensed...

Astha could feel the tension and worry in his voice... today for the first time she dared to hug him back gently as she was feeling soo touched at his actions since last night...may be it was her love for him...from which she was still unaware...
Astha:shlok mujhey kuch nahi hua...main theek hoon aap sooo rahey they iss liye aap ko uthana munasib nahi samjha...
Shlok:i dont care astha...next time beshak main jagon ya sooyon...aap mujhey aisey chor kar kahin mat jayiye ga...he was getting possessive for her...and she felt it tooo...

After some time they left for the post office...his hand was much better now...they received their letters and a new fact revealed to them that both will have their exams in the same college ...shlok was happy and astha was surprised at the co-incidence...
After receiving their roll no they were driving back to their home when suddenly shlok started sneezing loudly...

Precap:Astha couldn't stop herself when she came to know that shlok is suffering from high fever...she asked her baba that she wants to see shlok ...
