i dont understand Shlok chauvinistic personality, his mom is a strong woman who has an opinion, and is not anybody's doormat, so why does shlok treat women with such disrespect. is it that he dates women because of something his mother did, or he simply thinks that women are weak. i dont understand his psychology. and what is his problem with women. if he was groomed by his father is it is indicated, his father has tremendous respect for women, he is an educationist and a social worker who works for the upliftment and benifit of women. then why does shlok have such a negetive attitude towards women in general and his mother inparticular and of course Astha.

shloks character just does not make sense to me.

is his behaviour this way because he dislikes Astha, its not even indicated that he feels any attraction towards her, and that is why he is rude to her. all i feel is that he blames astha for the problems in his life at the moment, because he will not accept his own faults and mistakes, like astha told him.

besides going to that childrens function in the starting falsely, astha has not done anything wrong to shloke, the rest is plainly and simply shlok's fault, and not astha's
