I think she had some feeling for him when he saved her in the pub when he beat pp after pp threw a log on her feet and in the much dikhai ceremony
she had some moments where she felt something for him but they didn't show her falling in love with Advay

There was never any verbal confirmation. but there were instances especially after haldi scene. when goons were bearing him and she was escaping house with others, she kept looking back at him. Those looks had a yearning like she is not happy leaving him like this.
