Obviously priya...and it was like Arnav Singh Raizada being replaced...Nobody thought logically at that time like so many people are going to lose their employment or whatever...even I was one among them , I admit...to be guilty...but definitely not coz I supported something wrong...Gul had created an Iconic character which was beautifully portrayed by Barun ...which would have been messed if played by someone else...the person would have played it the best of his way...still would not be accepted by the fandom at that time...hence the shutdown of the show...Also its not as if Barun was left unscathed by that...I clearly remember from the time the news was brought to notice that the show was being shut...the channel aired an advisory at the bottom , that the show was being shut as the lead actor wanted to pursue his career in films...something along the lines of this...Loads of ugly unnecessary stuff happened then actually...though I was a silent reader then...I used to get headache after reading all the posts lol...this is much better place now...all coz we do have like minded people here...who are either fans of the show..or Shivrun or atleast Barun...
