so finally watched the last three episodes back to back. of course I did make sure to put the logical side of the brain to sleep and only keep the emotional side on.😆
but today's episode sis bring a funny question to me. how exactly did Chandani end up on a beach with her suitcase in tow? I shall explain how, (coz the CVs as always decided not to show this.)
here is the answer my brain came up with. (remember, the logical side of my brain is still sleeping.)
Chandani decided to leave that Ajeeb Singh Raizada's house for good. she even gave him a piece of her mind with the ultimate insult, I don't want an enemy like you so much so that I would not even wish for my enemy to have an enemy like you.(😕 sounded so much better in Hindi. in English sounds like a tongue twister.😆)
anyways, let's say she walked out of the house(let's say it's in Malabar Hills, cause that's where all the rich people and their bungalows are.) then since she did not complete her driving class she started to walk dragging her chota sa suitcase behind her.(also Advay would never let her come close to any of his cars after what she did with the previous one.😛)
as she is walking on the road, she starts cursing Advay.(btw, after the adrenaline rush the day before, or was it the same day?, she has forgotten all about her fear of going out of the house alone. well good riddance. it was getting annoying for the CVs to remember anyway.)
as she keeps cursing she comes across a beach. yeah, she ended up walking all the way to Chowpatty.(because where else would she get such a huge beach right next to the road around a posh colony which is also somewhat clean. funny how I had requested the CVs in my previous post not to show Mumbai as Goa. well who cares anyways.)
the smell of amazing pav bhaji and chat pulls her attention and her empty stomach grumbles.(coz remember. she didn't even get to eat the food that she made by slogging all day.)
she pulls along her chota sa suitcase to one thella and asks the guy to make a Pav bhajji for her but then she remembers that in her hurry to make a tashan wali exit she totally forgot to take some money with her from her husbands pocket.(well in this case she totally deserves half of his estat as alimony with all the dragging around and slapping she endured thanks to him but she would have been content with a small 2000 rs note too coz she is not a very demanding person by nature.)
now sad that she has no money, her stomach still reminding her of how hungry she is and that stupid chota sa but heavy bag she has to lug around till the station she walks to the ocean to do a sad Bollywood song sequence with a setting sun in the background. (because why not? it's her last day in the heartland of Bollywood so she may as well make the most out of it.)
so she starts walking along the water line thinking about that oh so tasty pav bhajji simmering on that tava top just inches close to her mouth and tears gather in her eyes. but to her extreme bad luck, as soon as the song is about to start on her phone, her leg gets caught on a rock and she goes down like jenga tower.
her purse flies out and so does her phone which lands directly into the water. her eyes look up only to see the current take away her precious phone and with that her Clash of clans(her Vashisht clan which she took her one year to build. what else do you think she was doing at home for the last one year.)
sadly she looks at the water hoping the coming waves will bring back her phone when her sight falls on an open box with something hanging out of it. she immediately grabs on to it and realizing it's a locket sees the pictures put in it. to her surprise she sees a picture of her younger self with the younger version of Dev who she finally knows is now her husband Advay.
she gets all confused and questions herself on how her Dev came to be Advay and then she remembers, there was a enemy camp named Mahant_ka_beta always attacking her base. now she knew that was Dev aka Advay. and she feels happiness and she hugs the locket coz now all she had to do was find a way to destroy the phone that he used to attack her Vashisht clan.(did you think she was hugging Advay in the precap. no way. she was simply searching for his phone in his pockets to delete clash of clans on it.)
so do you feel like you were taken for a ride and by the end you were lost and didn't know from where you began? did you feel like an complete idiot while reading this? did this story make no sense to you? do you wish to kill me for totally using your love for AdNi to serve something so illogical to you? well welcome to my world and know how I feel after every illogical episode in this show. those are my exact feelings towards the writers of this show. so let us feel the mutual despair that we share now and come to a better understanding.😆
PS: on the positive side, I am a little bit relieved with Chandani knowing the truth coz now I guess she will try to find out the reason behind his hatred and come across her mother's real face. not to mention we will get a longing, slightly romantic Chandani. Advay ka pata nahi. his thanda reaction to her getting slapped today makes me wonder if he will even be bothered by her khullam khulla love for him. let us be positive and hope that the Dev in him makes a cameo in the coming episodes. a girl can always dream right.
