Why everyone was in black checks?

I am wondering why all men were wearing black n white checks?
Even bride's father was wearing black and all the family member their dresses were also not like in a Pandit family?
I saw this show after a week's gap ... so not sure what is going on?
Can someone explain please

Thats gul team designer shirali thing.she takes tv show as like some stage drama with these costume .fans of ib now ipk3 r suffering

Designer ji had only the check material left. So she equally cut it into 3 parts.

one for Advay..one maama...one for pp

And she has a huge crush for floral materials..

Hum fans ka dil garden garden ho gaya!!!

( but I liked some white costumes worn by Advay)

They are saving money. For each Rasam they got big clothe and design everyone a dress with that print.

Arey the TM is asking the reason why they are in that clothes according to the story.

@TM:- If you are seeing the show after 1 week here is the story. Advay forces everyone to agree to his marriage with Chandni. Indrani doesn't accept it as she wants PP to marry Chandni because she does a deal with PP's mom for 2 Crs for Chandni. Indrani mixes sleeping pills during Sangeet and they all run away from there. At Sangeet the theme is black and white and hence they all are in the same costumes as they ran away from the Sangeet

Because it the game of chess, dyut krida as it was in mahabharat where Draupadi was being sold. Chandni here is in the place of Draupadi. Indrani is Dhuryodhan, who is cunning/ ruthless and Dushantya is PP whose only aim is to rape Draupadi or Chandni in this context. Yash is like Bheeshma, who wants to help the right , dharma, but he is tied to Indrani as was Bheeshma to Hastinapur. So like Bheeshma he will quietly take the side of dharma.

Advay here is both as Krishna and also as Arjun who is the instrument of Krishna. Though he looks dark, he will get rid of the evil who is Indrani.

Lord Krishna said that when adharma occurs, to get rid of it you can brake rules and that is exactly what Advay is doing.

My 2 cents, you may not agree but please no bashing.
