You are so right about Chandni. She needs to stop crying impromptu. Enough of rondhu lead.

I guess the lights being that bright were to used to remove the rain effect. If you see the part where both Advay - Chandni you can see light drizzle of rain. Plus we need to understand that the audience mostly likes bright things in India.

@Ranjitha:- Of course yaar Ritu - Barun have awesome chemistry in the show as the main protagonist - antagonist which is definitely needed for the revenge saga to work well. As far as Chandni is concerned I guess after the reception is when we are going to see Chandni fighting back. The last vow of Chandni gives me hope that the character is going to be one who will fight back and that would be the growth in the character. Shivani has improved - I give it to her. She might not be in league of Barun - Ritu because both are rising above the script but Shivani is doing adequate for me. I just hope she gets some powerful dialogues so that her character connects better.

I totally love the way Nani was knocking sense into Advay. Advay places Nani in high regard. And Nani is definitely on Channdi's side. So I really am waiting to see how Advay is going to follow his vows with Nani being on Chandni's side.

I am totally hating the way SP is editing out IPK3 scenes in the Sling telecast in US. I saw Naamkaran yesterday and they had a very horrible scene of Villain(female character) torturing girls and cutting out their hair. It was yuck - total idiotic, sadistic and W*F moment and they had it in the telecast. I mean genuine scenes they cut but they put this torture through? Who the hell is doing their telecast policy. And the dialogues are cringe inducing with najayaaz being thrown in every day. I am super pissed by the editing of IPK3.

Epi was fine...a bit too melodramatic for me.

Wish they had not made Chandni sit there and stare piteously at her feet. She should have stood up with courage, winced and then Advaiy should have picked her- Enough of Rondhu lead, indeed.

Sath Vachan and the bride's vachan- So what I gather, is the show is finally coming to its point. Chandni will have to prove her love to him every step of the way, despite him rejecting her. The bride's vachan seemed to say- full stop to tears.😉 She is going to get to the bottom of this.

Coming to audience connecting with the FL- I still cringe when I watch the crying Chandni promo, as she begs Advaiy to not break the wedding with PP...could have been done much better. This one was so putting off. We see so many hate marriage promos- conspicuously, one on Zee- at least there the FL is standing up for herself...

Future- Looking forward to the baby.😳 I hope it doesn't go missing suddenly like X, Y and Z.😆

Oh, and the lights were really distracting.

First and foremost, no other SP bahu, ever, like ever in her life would have worn Chappal during saath phere . Had this happened in a movie, Twitter would have started 'NotInMyName' saga again. Also Chandni has worn this chappal for all 30 odd days that this show has been alive. I have some 20 pairs of matching footwear, can lend it to her if need be 😆

A cousin of mine was harassed by his dad all his life. But, inspite of all of us motivating him to stand for what's right, he never could get the guts to do it. The movie 2 States has a scene where the son slaps his father. I clearly remember how OTT was my cousin's reaction to that was. He was in tears, his eyes were read and he was almost in the verge of breaking down. It's been what 4 years since that movie released? He is still pretty much the same guy, except for he has moved out of his home and is now less controlled by his dad.

Similarly, people like Chandni do exist in this world, but even such people do not want to see their carbon copy on screen. People like them will not have the guts to stand against their family, so they find solace in these characters and dream of being like them someday.

Advay is almost an anti-hero here and from what I hear, he was a menace in today's episode. So he can be gray, black and people will pretty much accept it, but Chandni's role is extremely crucial for this show to work. You can hate Advay only when you love Chandni. Now it's on and off for me. I dont care much because she doesnt care for herself.

To my credit, I did control my feelings for Chandni for good 4 days. Since it's Friday and I am sobbing on Kuch Rang's closure, I vented it out

@ Bold- Exactly.

Caught the last 7 minutes or so...and I liked it. This is what this show had promised...Advaiy is growing darker. The silly games seem to be over. Chandni is getting very near to seeing the last of her tears...enough hope left to hang on.👍🏼

Hope you will have a smooth transition from Kuchh Rang to IPK...the real story has finally started.😳

And this Chandni- I can explain to myself...and feel sorry for. Would love to see how she tides over this mega crisis.
