The storyline is such that, they have so many
options..

Exactly , such a stellar star cast , let by Barun and Ritu. Everyone is amazing till now, even the sleaze bag PP is going an amazing job , even tho it is meant to be a small role.

The cvs or atleast Gul should get it that the
audience for IB & DBO are mostly teenage school
girls in our country... while ipk has an international
audience..

Hmm , i wouldn't really know , Is IB not for the international audience, From whatever i have seen in the promos , it looks quite chic and modern. But i really wouldn't know , what kind of market they are trying to target with IPK.
But i also read somewhere that as far as BARC TRP is concerned, only Indian viewership matters, So no matter what they do they need to gain BARC Trp if they want to stay in the business, hence why these stunts and other scientific gizmos i guess,

Hook more fans with a tight Screenplay..

Not techno or scientific gizmos...

I totally agree, story is the king here, I just hope they spend more time on improving the story and giving much more intense ( both romantic and angry) scenes to the main leads, and to Indrani. I just want the intense track to start soon, But for now i am enjoying these light hearted epi as they are a real treat to watch after a stressful day.

Few things I totally liked in this episode

- Advay even when he knows that his passports are in the box doesn't destroy it. He knows that the box was Chandni's childhood treasure and he tries to destroy the passports without destroying the box. He is always going to be torn between being Dev to his Chandu to being Advay to his parents.

- Chandni is so obsessed with her mother that she never thinks of what she is saying. I still don't understand why Chandni doesn't ever reflect on the tragedy of 16 yrs back. Did she forget it or was she made to forget it. And what all she said was orchestrated by Indrani. I want to know how much she herself was responsible for the tragedy.

- Chandni was hurt but she had no right to hurt Advay back. That was not who she was in the beginning of the show. But I think it is more of her frustration speaking than the real Chandni. And I really want an advay break down scene. Till now Dev was peeking out of Advay and he was teasing Chandni and enjoying the closeness but what all tender feelings Dev had for Chandni, Chandni totally killed it today. She just strengthened Advay's resolve to hurt Chandni

- Whatever the creatives might write I want an redemption for Chandni too. She was the reason his family got destroyed. She needs to understand the gravity of things she did and she needs to redeem for that.

The jhula rasam was very romantic and the BG song suited it so much. Both Barun and Shivani are looking so good. With the toned up makeup and costumes I really hope the screenplay writers tighten the screenplay and give a good solid emotional story. That is what I signed up for. I am going to stick around because today's episode showed why I follow barun and I know for sure if the story is emotional Barun is going to hands down nail it.

Chalo You had such a good laugh on my thread. I am going to follow Sona's example and keep on posting new threads every day - By the time this show will be over you will know all about my post history which I myself might have forgotten(after all I have posted it some 4 yrs back). I never knew I left such an impression on some people that they have totally saved my posts too and are posting it now.

All of the posting people are MIDs of my ardent bashers - their IDs are made in 2014 and later and they follow my discussions from who knows what time. I was on DMG forum too - Maybe they will post some from that forum too.

All of the Barun fans have left IF after the IPK ending fiasco - Bas ek hum dheet hain. Still here. I guess that is why they feel so lost. That no matter what they do they haven't succeeded in driving me away. I understand their frustration just like I understand Chandni's. Ab hum Advay ke tarah charasmatic hain toh kya kare. 😛

Lovely take Chitra! I agree with most of what u have said! I had same thoughts!
Regarding shikha, in real life I have seen girls who doesn't trust boys or hates love are first one to fall in love! They fall in love more easily than girls who r open to relationship! I don't know how it happens... But I have seen it twice in real life...hence shikhas change was not surprise to me

I actually tried to merge both your post, but didn't know how to do it.

You see i am still on a meagre ration of 20 posts per day 😡.

On top it , i had someone accusing me of bulling , patronising and gods knows what . I had to wait for my todays ration allowance before clarifying myself, I tell some people always seem to get the wrong end of the stick. 😕 .

Yes you are right, she did lie in the greater scheme of things, but she was only a child and so she could have been hoodwinked, TBH i am really split on this matter, Till they don't reveal the truth of that incident, we won't really know how much to blame chandu. So lets wait and watch , they have kept the suspense intact 😆.

yeah i can tell you are too filmy and also into Disney Princesses by the looks of it 😉
