Coming back to the point of the thread discussion...

Seeing that dialogs of IPK3 so far have been on point, I am hoping that there is a definite reason for why the CVs made Chandni say such a cruel thing that 'people without family deserve that destiny according to God'. The bit before about him being lonely maybe he deserved for his behaviour towards her. The general statement about orphans deserving such a destiny, is damning and inexcusable, don't care what Advay has done to her, such an opinion is just cruel and judgemental. Even if you believe that why would you think it ok to say that to an orphan. Not someone that I would want to have as a friend. As a FL in a SP show, not exactly role model material for trp aunties either.

So I have two theories why she said what she said:

1) To show that she is capable of saying cruel things when she is angry and later forgets and shows no remorse, not sure how that will go down with the audiences or me, but kind of ties in with her memory lapse of what happened 16 years ago.

2) For her to feel guilty and show remorse for her words almost immediately, before knowing anything about Advay being Dev and her part in the tragedy, and act to rectify or apologise for her recent words and so have more meaningful intense conversations with Advay. About her believing anger just makes things worse and maybe agreeing on a truce of sorts between them.

We still don't know what is Chandni's point of view for the events that happened 16 yrs ago. Does she remember it or was she made to forget it by Indrani - Does she know that Dev's parents are murdered in Allahabad. I really want to know how much does she remember about the events that happened 16 yrs ago.

2) For her to feel guilty and show remorse for her words almost immediately, before knowing anything about Advay being Dev and her part in the tragedy, and act to rectify or apologise for her recent words and so have more meaningful intense conversations with Advay. I believe she is frustrated that she couldn't prove advay wrong - It was her frustration that was speaking. I do want Chandni to also go through redemption. She caused the destruction of Dev's family and Dev to turn into Advay. So yes she needs to undo the hurt she unintentionally or intentionally caused to Dev.

Thanks for getting the post back on the main discussion.

For the ardent stalkers of me who have saved my each and every post - I am honored to have effected you people so much that you made it a point to save my posts. I stand by what I said earlier and when I said it at some level I was still an ArShi fan. But now I am done with ArShi as a couple and I am done with IPK on a whole as such so yes I have moved on from the whole Season 1 and the exlead. People change and that's a fact. If you can't and are stuck in 2012 and thereafter bubble I am not the one to be blamed for it. And yes don't make my posts about a character and a show into something else.

And if you still want to sit around discussing my posts go ahead - the whole forum is there. I am not going to give any explanation for anything - Deal with it. Yes I am done with exlead and I have made that point amply clear so I hope you people all understand that I have no intention of talking about her or her great superhit shows here. There is forum for that and you can go ahead and talk all about it there so stop ruining the posts for other people who want to discuss this show.

If you still want to show that you are thick headed and a prick and no matter what you want to post in my thread - Go ahead. I will understand. Nafrat pass aane na de, Mohabbat door jaane na - This has been your tag line for me and Barun fans all these years so I can understand. Enjoy. Hope you have sane discussion by posting my posts and answering them yourselves or your MID gang of friends because if you want a reply from me to justify anything - You ain't going to get one.

Adios and Hopefully won't see any of you

I did not like Chandni in the last scene (though Shivani just nailed it with her calmness, eyes and expressions <3)

Whatever happened to Chandni was terrible but what she said to him was just so heartless, taking into consideration that it was her lies that led to his parents getting stabbed and burned Her words revived his scars... I so want to see Barun enacting a breakdown scene. I am already so excited by his broken voice in the new promo ❤️

P.S. OMG Sharada you have a fan 🤣 No one actually bothered about her post and she is desperately promoting it using other methods too 😉 The funniest thing is that the person took her time for what you wrote to post it here in a post that is not even related aur bhaav nahi mila 😆 Anything to promote jobless people :P

Fari what will you do when you are pushed to an extreme. This is the second rasam that Advay ruined for her. She is heavily attracted to Advay, doesn't know why she is even marrying PP and on top of it whatever she is trying to do is bouncing back on her. Yes she just retaliated back - She shouldn't have said what she did but hey she also needs to understand that what she did is wrong and she needs to redeem for her mistakes.

Some people just can't move on from me - What to say. 😆😆

I understand that it was her frustration and anger towards Advay which made her say it, but she is going to regret this statement once she knows the truth. My heart went out to Advay today. That must have hurt him so bad.

These are the kind of scenes I would love to see more in the show which I think will happen post Advay-Chandni's marriage. A good mix of romance, intensity and lighthearted moments would be great.

PS. Sharada, you really have creepy stalkers 😆.

Yup These kind of scenes wherein there is angst and passion is what I am looking for in this show and Barun and Shivani are acing their scenes hands down. Today even with the horrible hand accessories and that flowing feather strewn dupatta on her shoulder, I didn't see Shivani - I saw Chandni a girl whose mother is angry on her and who is heavily attracted to Advay but yet is resisting him and trying to have a compromise marriage with PP just because of her mother. Yes Shivani is slowly coming in to the groove of being Chandni and she is owning it totally.

Ab kya bataye Pri - Bas yeh samjh lo Nafraat Paas aane na de, Mohabbhat door Jaane na de. Aaj pata chala this tag line is not only for Barun for Barun fans also. Chalo my life has become sarthak - Ab hum IF chod ke bhi jaaye toh bhi koi gham nahi. 😆😆😆

Yes both have hurt each other - Advay was no less and now Chandni is also hurting Advay. Both need to understand each other and that is going to be the journey of these two in the show.

I actually know the angry, bitter and thoughtless words she spoke stem from her frustration with what's happening. At first I thought that last line she said was going overboard but then when I put myself in her shoes, you bet I'd have a few choice words to say to the man doing to me, what Advay is doing to Chandni.

She doesn't know who he is, and we still don't know why she said what she did 16 years ago - she was a kid. But I hope CVs do not forget this scene, I want them to bring it back in the forefront of Chandni's mind when she finds out Advay is her Dev, and that her words were what had caused his parents demise.

@bold:- This has to be the crucial point in the story. My bet is that Chandni's mind was erased may be by Indrani using something like hypnosis - that is why she never recollects that fateful day and always wonders what happened to Dev. I really want to see how creatives open that track. If Chandni doesn't even remember what she said and then figures out that she said things which destroyed Dev's family then it is going to destroy her so much. I think Dev is going to blurt out the truth in fit of anger later after they get married.
