Same here even I felt she should have taken Dev's name but I probably think that she doesn't speak of him in public. Maybe her family had warned her or so. I don't want her to take Advay's name directly there should be some scene preceeding to the situation. Like Advay coaxing her to take his name only then he will help.

That is why I think there might be some preceeding scene where probably Chandini gets to know that it is Advay's doings. And in order to put her down Advay might have said her to shout out his name.
