Hammie's Impressions ~ep21~31.7.17.. A sense of belonging..
Humans its felt are social animals who have a strong sense of possession and belonging to something or someone. Usually are family or next to kin fulfil our need of belonging to someone.To belong also implies to fit in, or be part of a whole. As humans we also learn to adapt ourselves in a manner, which ensures we make emotional attachments with certain people in life.In today's episode I see two people, trying to find their feet in one complicated attachment. One of them Advay gives the impression that he senses a close affinity with Chandni. He seeks inclusion for himself into Chandni's life. She after taking into consideration all that she has experienced of him, in the main gives off the message of excluding him from her life. How Advay comes to terms with being denied a sense of belonging from Chandni is seen in the episode..
He is a man without a family. Had one, a happy one too but it went up in a puff of smoke! He lacks a sense of being belonged. After sixteen years he lands in the very house that was his family home. Mind you growing up on his own means he makes and takes his own decisions. Buying this house and residing in this house too is his decision..part of the greater scheme of things he has in his mind. But Chandni, she reverts him to his adolescence , he sickens with memories of the two of them. This makes him brush aside the angst he holds against her. Advay wants to bath in the sense of belonging to her. Chandni denies, his sentiments. Only sees him as some rude, raw, arrogant Londoner. Rabba ve.. suits him, living on his own has given him thick hide! For Advay will do what Advay has to do! Woo the fair playing hard to get maiden!
He is not just a ruddy stubble face! when he draped her head in the chunari.. that bears his name.. he knew the sheer red chunni will be a piece of love connection between them. An object of love that will draw them to each other yet again. He knows she too is not short of attitude! and is likely to return! There she approaches! and one more time he confirms if she'll marry that simpleton oaf PP? He wishes he can tell her he's not the holy Joe she sees him to be .But, instead prefers to be derisive , because he wants toengage her in conversation.. just him, her and his chunari on her head! Advay studies her face enveloped with his chunari, gradually he is swept away with great attachment towards her. He'd best stay within limits, not demand her for acceptance. He changes tact, mocks her..why is she still wearing his chunari? He hopes she'll say yes...Rabba ve.. how the heart dupes the pure hearted. She turns wild.. tries, to pull, snatch the veil off her head.. she'll chuck it on his face! Yet Advay watches her bemused as her fingers wrestle with the love torn chunni! That which refuses to disconnect her from him.. she wrenches it off Finally! and he gives her sarcastic smile.. Chandni takes offence and demands he wipe off the sarcastic smile he flashes on his face! He teases her, does it give her goose bumps? Chandni fumes.. and without realising.. she hurls the red chnnari , that kissed the top of her head on to Advay's head! good heavens has she inadvertently carried out a ritual ? From behind the sheer red chunni Advay's eyes her, she looks stunningly dishevelled, hair all tousled, a tad wild. He snaps out of his reverie unwillingly.. only to worship her face with his fingers.. he fixes her hair, her maang tikka.. and then once again Advay swirls his chunni over her head and it quite simply settles with a sigh on the top of Chandni's head! Chandni closes her eyes bashfully.. such reactions from her ,give him the go ahead signals! Is she as non serious, in their undefined bond as he is? He hears the drum roll of his pounding heart! Not quite finished.Advay has yet another object that associates them... the auspicious gold coin which he keeps giving Chandni and she keeps returning it! One more timd he flips it high! holds Chandni's palm out for it to land!. Once the ritual finale is done according to the dictates of his heart and mind. Advay leaves. Once again Advay gives Chandni space to mull over his bid to marry him..
If he's looking to belong to someone.. Chandni specifically.. she can think only dismissively about Advay Singh Raizada .. he winds her up well and proper.. with his caustic remarks!. Het up Chandni is lucky she has siblings, family.. which Advay lacks, no wonder despite his tough front, inside he is soft centred! Meghna and Shika hear Chandni's tirade!She fumes there is no limit to his arrogance! she only has to open her mouth and Advay bites her head off! Its interesting she refers to him as capable of biting! Stinging!..makes me smile stung by the bug of love! Mind you her sisters.. suddenly point out his continuing hold on her.. she still wears his chunni! Once again Chandni peels off Advay's chunni and hurls it across the room! She cries out.. no matter what ! he casts an unbroken spell on her! chunari or no chunari! Meghna and Shika fly to her rescue.. his kind has to fought with foul proof smartness! Play a prank with his good name! his spotless squeaky clean image! tarnish the larger than life name of Advay Singh Raizada! smear his reputation ! for Chandni is fervent that all said and done she will not let him play around with her ,mother's respect and honour.
The three good sisters, stir their evil cauldron of Veer motivated pranks! Suddenly a new character trickster Rachna replaces Chandni the angelic butter wouldn't melt in her mouth! lights! camera ! action! and Chandni as Rachna with her face hidden by the low sari pallu, faces the camera wielded by her sister! So begins Rachna's sob story... how this man betrayed her!on a date too advantage of her and now her unfaithful lover has betrayed!... Rachna In the end of the recording reveals the face and name of her two timing lover! News travels fast on allthe family mobiles . the family is speechless to hear the plight of this unfortunate woman Rachna and the man behind her misery. The good sisters re confident nothing will go wrong.. he will be thrown out bag and baggage!! This prank goes to prove..that Chandni to takes the bold chance to go the limit! Do as much as possible to have him thrown out of her house that he owns.. out of her life!
Living on his own has also taught Advay how to walk on egg shells. He faces the accusing eyes of the family! Is told to pack his bags and leave! Chandni watches and sniggers... mission accomplished. Advay, shows respect for Indrani's concern, as a mother of daughters, it's easy to bear pain than the disgrace of wagging tongues! In view of the revelation about his characters unsavoury side..it's best till Chandni's wedding is not over he'd best stay away from the house! Poor Advay is still not clear about what his offence is? Murli shows him the you tube clip..and Shilpa tells him the real story! Well nothing else to do except to pack his bags!! PP turns up like a sore thumb! mocks Advay.. he, did this Rachna saga five teen and not once was he caught! He walks off with a spring in his feet! With the chilling words! He's off to make a trial run with Chandni. What a pity all, particularly Chandni and her mother are totally blind to the consumer mentality of PP. He belongs to the culture where commodities are tested out before buying them... an innocent girl in this case. But Advay decides to swallow PP's words. His call is to checkout immediately. He will not even bother to avenge his good name.. now is not the time or the place!
While he packs, as his heart senses.. his most prized possession Chandni turns up and rather disdainfully she gives him the folded chunari and rudely adds take this along with your inflated sense of self! Advay decides he will not restrict or limit himself from her he throws the chunari adventurously over her head in loopy trap over the dip of her spine! he pulls her into him..looks into her eyes which plead for boundaries to be adhered.. but he glares down into her eyes with the message, the sky is the limit.. so no limit!! Chandni. He unnerves her and she struggles to be set free from the loop of the chunari.. leave me! She protests and he reasons with her.. he is to take all his belongings.. then how can he leave her behind?.. she returns the coin.. that too, like the chunari shuttles back and forth between them! In case he is not aware that Rachna saga was her creation.. she mocks him go to Rachna! and give her the chunari.. hamlet53 ~ 1.8 17
Sorry for a long post plus late post.. iam not quite sure of what to make of Chandni's prank? Fouling his reputation.. cvs may well bring this up so PP's reality stays ugly but underground.. precap shows Advay too didn't find her jest funny.. gives her an invite to come to his room at night.. what ever for? candle light dinner? Where yet again he'll give her the coin??? Again.. Barun and shivani stole the episode
