Sush/soup/Ecri - I did not stop watching it. I went on camping. I thought i told you last week that i will not be able to post anything for a week. Was there without internet and cell phone service. 😃 The show is still not bad. As long as there is no coal walking. Shwets you read it right😆😆 I am in.

Shwets I saw you made a collage for me 🤗 on last thread. Those kite earrings actually did not look that bad 😲😲 (Looks like our endurance to the worst outlook is improving😆)

Sharada - I loved your take too.

Let's see how it unfolds...am not seeing Advay as a charcater with roving eye...I think all the flirting is for Chandani ...time will tell. Chandani's character needs time too...but her sense of duty for her family has been established...

I agree that we are projecting at the moment based on what has been shown so far. I mentioned Catherine Morland, since out of all Austen's heroines, I found her to be the child tomboy that Chandni has been shown to be in her childhood flashbacks. Fanny was a neat freak too, as it was shown in her interactions with her sister. All Austen's main heroines have a duty to their family, in one way or another. It was what was required of them.

And Fanny, like her, has already a childhood sweetheart in Edmund.

As for Henry, I don't think he had a roving eye. He is Mansfield Park's Mr. Wickham and Mr. Willoughby. Characters that are very charming, sexy, engaging, dangerous, but deep down they are weak and lack firm principles. They were too forward for their time, I think, men who wanted to make decisions based on their judgement, rather than on the expectations of what class and wealth they belonged to. But I make the comparison with Advay based on his desire to woo Fanny, in order to entertain himself. His conversation with Mary shows his obsession. And ultimately, like Advay, he fell in love with her and perhaps, he might have been a better choice for Fanny than Edmund. But that's my opinion.

Leaving my 2 cents here before I forget the whole episode.😆

Pretty cool, though I would have loved some uninterrupted watching. Wish they'd shift it to 10.30 slot! 11.30 is too late. Anyways...🥱

The comedy was good.

The intensity was sustained.

And the girl seems to have finally woken up.

Only to be mesmerised by his next magic trick, I bet.

You have played with my (not my feelings, not my sentiments) curiosities for enough.

The fascination was a new experience for me. Advaiy Singh Raizada seemed like an exciting puzzle, after the initial scare. But now...things have gone out of hand. I am in no mood to play games with a guy who does haaye Ram, kudiyon ko dale daana'. It was interesting to see where you were going- it seemed like a game up until now. But now it has turned ugly, because you have upset my mother. I have disappointed her. So, no matter what ajeeb paheli you are, I am not interested anymore, Mr. Nutty Professor.

Just leave me and my family alone and get the hell out of my life!

PS: Interesting reference to the HAHK song, BTW. Very apt for the flirtatious Advaiy. 😉

Imagine without love his intensity and expressions are such what will happen when he really is in love. Although there is a very thin line between love and hate. You can not hate a person until you love them passionately.

The episode was good👍🏼

As chick rightly said it had all the elements and Chandni stepping her foot down.

As i said on CC - I think the character of Advay if this wedding goes on will move on to that of Nana Patekar from Agni Sakshi. Currently its mostly Shahrukh Khan of Darr. The obsession will cross the limit I think and it will be a treat to watch to see how far can audience take this as its a male lead that is shown as obsessive and not a female lead.

I hope they do not end PP track. The guy has impeccable timing and brings out lighter side in other wise passionate show. The bromance between the side actors is really good👏

Can the dressing be the reason for the low TRP?😕

Today Indrani confused me. How can a mother side with her daughter all the time? She is playing with Chandni. Somehow its not her trust that is not letting her lose her control. Every time she says its not her fault. That is a bit too much.

Use of technology is good on this show and so will stick to it. Despite those flying cups and chappals😆 its still believable. Science is what is used by most magician and am glad that Gul is using some of the tricks that science can offer in her show. 👏

This Chandni who has forgotten her PTSD too is confusing. Well that i will blame on to the makers for having amnesia like her father. They forgot that she is a victim and can not be so bold unless she has some psychological hold of loved one.

Last but not least - how did those pigeons end up there? He was pressing buttons. Please tell me he did not attract those with electro magnet😲 . That is just too much to digest even for my not so creative head😆.

@Shwets :- What a damn photo of Barun yaar. He looks so awesome. Dare I say much better than anytime in the last 5 yrs. Just a shave and haircut makes this man a greek god. Uff he is really hooking another new generation of female audience with his looks and charm.

@bhavi:- What a shayari. Yup we are ready to burn and be burned by Advay Singh Raizada.

Regarding Indrani - I feel we will get to see her double faced persona soon enough - She is acting for being good because she wants Chandni to do things for her but she is not what she appears to be. I am waiting for a parda farash of Indrani's character and that would be a really high point for the show. And I want to see how Chandni will see the truth of her mother.

@bold:- I guess Chandni has pushed her PSTD to a corner of her mind. Right now her whole life is in a mess and she really doesn't have time to break down or get an anxiety attack. She has to hold the anchor of her family and be the daughter he mother expects her to be. When you are confronted with a bigger problem the smaller things take a backseat and that is what is happening here in the show.
