Deeps US has 4 time zones
EST - Eastern time zone that is 9.30 hours behind Indian time
Central Time Zone - 10:30 hours behind indian time
Mountain Time zone - 11:30 hours behind Indian time zone
Pacific time zone - 12.30 hours behind indian time zone.
Looks like your client is based out of Arizona or something like that if they are 12.30 hours behind as Arizona follows PST for summer and goes back to Mountain time zone for winter months.
