Friends,

I do not understand the purpose of the subtitles - they are Hindi subtitles in English script (You know what I mean).
e.g. in Today's episode at the Tribal village - whatever the tribe person was saying they were showing the subtitles in Hindi.. If they are trying to help Hindi speaking public - then the subtitles should be in Hindi Script (i.e. Devnagari)..
If people do not understand English how are they supposed to read the sub-titles? Does anyone else wonder about it? They have done this in previous episodes too - whenever the contestants speak English - they show the subtitles - but they are in English script.........

My parents pointed this out in the first week and I was like 'What?? Where?' I'm so used to reading hindi in english script that it didn't register at all! 😃 May be the folks doing the show thought the same, they've forgotten that their audience needs the words to be in proper hindi and not english-hindi. 😆

Must be because reading those scripts would be quite easier rather than understanding when spoken with a low audio

thanks for the explanation...but it suits ppl who understand both language...subtitles are for those who don't understand that language...and hindi bhaasha English mein likh ke a non English samajhne waale aadmi ko padhana doesn't make sense...agar likhna hi hai then write it in Hindi script...
