It struck me later... We've probably seen it: There was this bit where he was sitting with Mona and the fat-so by the water-fall, and describing the desh ki bahu. Probably this was the catalyst that led to the her exit.
With this, I'd say that we've probably witnessed it all... in all its flat glory. 😆 😆

Its rather confusing... because when she was leaving, she also said that he didn't misbehave with her the way he misbehaved with Fiza. So, we don't know what the actual provocation was... and perhaps, tragically so, we'll never get to know it. 😕
