Nakuul Mehta as Shivaansh

I haven't watched any of the epis of this new IB but I did come across some caps from s2

Seems like very soon he will turn into Shivaay .. so hope his looks are back..then where is the freshness and why to kill the iconic Jodi for just this lame attempt. As an actor you need to be selfish and ambitious but knowing your own limitations is the key here which NM and makers clearly failed to envision this whole idea.

We have been saying this from the time Dhinchaakbaaz started. Nakuul Mehta looks like a sheared rooster! How I used to drool over the classy,stylish and suave Shivaay Singh Oberoi! Now look what they have done to him

Not only in the looks department, NM was also let down in terms of having a strong storyline, good co-actors, a female lead who can act & have a strong screen presence in the leap. Hence the final product is the disaster that is appearing on screen. I think what Shivaansh as a character that was narrated to him & what it eventually became were two separate things. The makers tried to sell this leap by mounting it on NM's popularity & acting skills alone. But, a success of a show cannot be because of one actor alone. It's a team effort.His acting also has dipped miserably because of repetitive script & lack of good costars. The present disaster is his pairing with Niti, the age difference between them just hits you in the face when they they are in the same frame. It becomes even more cringe worthy during the romantic scenes. The unbiased fans who loved the show & give honest feedback are relegated to be termed as haters!!!

Now I can say Gul hate both Nakuul and Surbhi as they got more awards and popularity.. She ousted Surbhi and punished nakuul by giving this pathetic look

I am back to IF after almost a year I guess .
I used to watch ky2. Niti was well suited there with Parth and there both Niti Parth were college kids and doing weird acting and looking childish suited there.
She is still childish and doesn't suit with Nakuul. I would say 1 thing
Nakuul used to look much younger with manjri because she atleast matched with his age Niti looks too young and infront of her he looks like a 40+ old guy.


I think Gul should understand that a Famous male lead is not the only requirement to run a show. They never valued Surbhi. Surbhi matched his acting skills and age. I saw few episodes of pkdh also there Disha used to look a little older than Nakuul.
First of all Nakuul should come out of his bubble that he is the most versatile actor and he can ace anything and romance anyone. He is failing miserably. He should stop thinking himself as a young actor. You are no srk. He is srk for a reason. Everyone should know their limitations.




Lastly I want to tell this. Good actors with chemistry are required but ultimately story is the winner. Take the example of BP Harshad Jenny great actors good looks but the constant change of story and slot times resulted in failure of show. Remember PMHMD Drashti Arjun who were popular and had great shows like naggin and MB could not get enough trps to sustain. Reason story.
Initially IB had a story to tell atleast upto 300-350 episodes and with good acting and great chemistry shivika made a permanent fan base who were there till the end even with no proper story. Now with no story and Nakuul failing miserably in his acting and Niti is not even attempting to perform will lead to shows downfall.
The whole IB trps of 1.3 are due to those people who are stuck with IB from season 1 and as a habit are watching it.


I would advise gulneet to focus on story. People will watch even mediocre actors also I'd story is good

I feel sorry at the state of affairs... Nakuul who had brought the life to Shivaay has to the live with the failure of Shivansh...no matter how much I get disappointed with the daily episodes I cannot see the show is delving deep into more n more sh*t everyday...it just pains my heart to see an iconic show is reduced to shambles...what a shame to the legacy of classic ISHQBAAAZ...no one deserves this neither the previous cast nor the show as a brand...
What bothers me the most is HOW THE MAKERS ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN??..We all love our work ,our projects...no matter how much egos or hatred we have we can never allow it to suffer which is bringing food to our table 😕 😭

Nakul is brilliant now is read as "Nakul was brilliant". 😔
