Most of the time Voice Overs from segments are incorrect...they might have misunderstood about his fatal disease and said it to be cancer...unless it's said in the episode you never know...

Why would manjiri accept to play a negative character given they utterly failed even with a positive character.

Given they r over emphasishie the fact that dinku has very less time I get we r for a qh reboot.

In these two weeks time maybe they will show shiti in love & Aysha baas out of love giving up her heart for dinku & dinku aysha bas ke pyaar mein would grow up a bread become copy of his father & voila there enters mannat a bubbly chick jo phirse dinku ke Dil mein Pyaar ke ehsas ko jagayegi.

Qh & shivika reboot we r up for.bolo itna freshness dekha hai kahi.

I am 100% sure this is certainly going to happen and in addition ACP will die while saving Dinku with that unknown ice knife enemy.

No Nihara i think ACP will die while saving Dhinku by giving her heart and Dhinku full sad in Devdas mode and then new entry MKK will again bring happiness in his life.

May be as #Koel100 said after ACP gone, they will take some short leap and beard back in ACP memory. Anyhow they will bring all characteristics of Shivvay AYM before MKK enters.

So same Shivika format. From romantic hero to action hero track scrapped.
