I am not saying that what Shivaaye is facing is anything less than trauma. He probably sacrificed everything for his family and received nothing in return. But he chose that. He always knew that OmRu would hate him big time for this. OmRu have no idea about his sacrifices

Ppl claiming Shivay is acting dumb... One question ti thm.. u actually think IF Shivaay would have told them Tej ka truth tht time itself thy would have believed him??? 😳

So Tej's final words has some credibility, however there r so many other evidences in this case ( for the police) , Tej was in debts in London, his phone call details, his final call was to the guys in the truck who were going to kill OmRu, Shivaay writing 50 crores cheque , him booking tickets for him to London , the gun used was Tej's !

Also if it was a pre- planned murder why didn't shivaay make any effort to hide the crime, and made sure if he's caught, his beneficiaries i.e his wife Annika or his sister prinku would be able to enjoy the so called properties he was trying to snatch from Tej and his sons - nothing of that sort happened - Shivaay bought Tej's shares and he still has his shares - OmRu have their shares - but for five years they're running the so called business shivaay was trying to snatch from them !

In the court it's proved it's self defense - that is when Tej got to know shivaay was trying to get the shares and properties in his name Tej got angry and he tried to shoot shivaay, so shivaay took the gun and shot Tej in self defense - But are OmRu really ok with the fact that Tej was contemplating to kill Shivaay even if he is angry with the property matters ! What was the big declarations all about " Shiv ke bina Om nahi Om ke bina Ru nahi " blah blah and " one for all all for one "

Brothers who shared such relationship would pause and think or give a second thought about -something that didn't happen in the past, happened now, why the sudden change in Shivaay's behaviour, give him benefit of the doubt and is there a particular reason - he's known to have been blackmailed and made decisions and his brothers apparently knew him well ! And five years r enough to give it a thought and don't have to be detectives to do that - Otherwise don't do these shallow dialogues of " Shiv ke bina ... and one for all ... "
And yes Shivaay was impulsive and an emotional fool to do such sacrifice for Tej's son - they're not worth it !
