As i already mentioned above Shivaay has been the one who taken responsibility of whole oberoi business or shares and increased the oberoi empire shares and made it to like top position.it was mentioned one week back episodes.So presently whatever the shares are there on whole oberoi emp ire most of it belong to Shivaay as he is the one developed it to current status,but in the past somewhere he already put half of those shares on omru for their career and half on himself.Tej shares were very less.

Okay for your question about Shivaay transferring his shares on him,i think it is bacause before Tej transferred everything on him if you remember Manju singh awara serving tea to media episode,in that episode in a meeting he said he is transferring everything of oberoi empire on his name or omru.When Shivaay was in majnu avtar,Tej didn't know it is Shivaay and we saw Tej asking Shivaay office keys to Anika and he taken the share papers of Shivaay too.That might be the reason Shivaay telling transfer of Tej shares on his name i mean retransferring his shares on him or other reason could be that as he was charged in murder case by Tej,oberoi stocks were in losses,so Shivay may want to transfer Tej's share on his name for that revenge or it might to fill the losses in his shares i dont know exactly😆

Regarding Shivaay saying "i will transfer shares to you" rather than shooting Tej.You see he came to know the plan just few mins back and came running to house,Tej was not in senses and drunken,but think about it,truck was ready to hit omru,there was not even time for him to process his mind what to do in that situation,i think he lost his mind and senses what to do in that moment and there was no time to discuss anything,in an impulse he shooted and taken the phone immediately to stop the truck.Actually ideally he should be done what you said but when we are in his shoes,when our loved ones was ready to hit by truck within a second,our mind would stop working and we can't process exactly what to do.That is what i could think of his shooting in heat of a moment..

Yeah isiliye i find her wall paper,her reaction to his brother's arrest and accusing by Omru was blah to me,but many people thought her reactions were apt idk why 😆.

But it was not enough😆,now based on the segments She is hating him too😆.Ok then,so much for hugging her brother as her jeene ki wajah in the initial episodes😆.She didn't trust her own brother but trusted words of bade papa and his sons,like kuch bhi😆

But this girl is an extreme, this brother of hers destroyed Annika's life because he assumed Annika caused the chaos in Priyanka's life. At least give some benefit of doubt girl 😡.Bhavya & Gauri support Shivaay but his own sister, whom he raised is totally wiered. Looks like all characters are going to stoop very low before the truth comes out and they grovel at Shivaay's feet. Of course Shivaay will forgive them in matter of minutes!
