Indeed Gulneet ki jai ho...Shivika is a brand made by them in IB over 560+ episodes...one that drove to the hearts of many of us through out the journey...their were phases where we weren't happy...there were phases when we were ecstatic...and fangirling non stop...

But they kept all that in side and made a new story for Shivika...To be frank the initial episodes of IB season 1 didn't grab my attract me in the first place...

I started watching with Shivika wedding...the spark in Annika drew me to IB...even in helplessness she was strong...And then slowly I watched IB from Initial episodes...and fell in love with shivika...and Shivaay who loved his family...and his brothers...the protector...

And I'm happy that we are getting another shot at Shivika and their love story...looking forward to how things unfold...

Though the TRP elements and other factors are a huge put off...but Shivika are magical...And I think I'll love them more with this...

I felt that This Annika is stronger than previous Annika...she have certain priorities in life...Which need her urgent attention...and the mere fact that she held back today made me appreciate her more...

And Shivaay...growing up in a situation clouded by his parents death has made him like this...but he loves the ones close to his heart with his life...

Looking forward to more of Redux...I'm sure Shivika will nail it...😳

PS: hat's off to NM and SC for such a superb transition...playing two entirely different characters that too so beautifully...👏

The premise is interesting, but the execution thus far is questionable lol.

The CVS give exactly what the fans ask for in a twisted way.

Fans: It would nice if Anika wasn't impulsive and calmer

Reality: Anika loses all her spunk and barely stands up for herself.

Fans: Why can't Anika be independent?

Reality: Anika works at a dosa stall for an episode then she ends up in OM's outhouse.

Fans: It would be nice Gauri had an education track.

Reality: Gauri speaks English, but calls herself a gundi every scene.

Feet touching scene will follow us to EVERY single universe that exists.

Anyone else confused why dosa is pronounced as dHosa? That bothered me more than all the cliche filmy scenes 😆

I am okay with the idea of redux as we are getting a new Shivika story. Also it's much better than HS showing usual social issues tracks with overdose of Groupbaaazi.

But the only problem with redux currently is the Anika's character. The overdose of becharriness and the thing about Anika carrying the whole world's burden on her shoulder, in almost every single episode is getting too much. 🥱 Also there is no spark in this Anika's character, it just too boring which makes me miss even more the Khidkitod Anika. :/ Also the continuous hit and miss scenes and not a single proper Shivika interaction scene considering it's almost been 2 weeks to redux. HS really need to pull up her socks and write a proper track rather than giving us a half-baked track. She should bring back old Khidkitod Anika, otherwise I don't see this redux will work for long. TRP audience loved Khidkitod Anika and this was her main trait which made ppl love IB and after taking that away how long will loyal audience will continue to give the TRP. No doubt NM and SC are working hard and trying their best to deliver their prefect performance but they may not be able to sell this drag-fest either. :(

Yes I agree, in today's time when every show introduces a leap or generation leap or new leads with in 2 years of show, where as GulNeet have successfully managed to run IB for 2 years without all this. Instead they have given us a different season with same actors and different storyline (new concept on TV).

I'm gonna give a few more time to redux as it was a overnight decision taken by PH and this could be the reason for not having a proper characterisation or storyline currently. But I'm hoping HS really improve her writing for upcoming tracks and bring back old khidkitod Anika. :)
