MY MERCURIAL WIFEY
Not really in a mood to put labour into making food , Omkara decided to make Dal , Chawal and Lehsun ki Chutney . It was easy to make and moreover it was Gauri's favourite.
At the dining table.
Gauri was silently eating her food. Looking at her expressions it seemed as though she wanted to enjoy having it , but something was actually spoiling her mood.
Omkara : Is the food not nice ? Or you're still angry with me.
Gauri : No.
Omkara : No for what ? My first question or the second one?
Gauri ignored his question . After she was done she went to their room. Omkara felt a little sad over her rude behaviour. He wondered whether he really didn't give her any time .
In the room.
Gauri seemed to be quite restless . She took some pills and went and lay on her side of the bed.
On seeing her lying like that as he entered , the first thought that came to his mind was to apologise.
He climbed on the bed and moved close to her. Gently wrapping his arms around her stomach , he placed his head in the crook of her neck and placed a feathery kiss there.
Gauri gasped at the pleasant sensation.
Omkara : I'm sorry baby ... Please don't be sad... I Love You.
Saying that he kissed her cheek all the while caressing her stomach.
She turned around , still in his arms , and placed a kiss on his nose.
Gauri : You know I can't be angry with you right ? Moreover at something so silly.
Omkara moved closer and pecked her lips.
Omkara : So what's troubling you ?
Gauri : erm...
Omkara : Gauri..?
Gauri : Actually...erm...my...
Omkara : My what ?
Gauri : My periods came a week early .
Even after staying with him for quite a time , she didn't feel really comfortable talking openly about such issues.
Omkara : Owwwh , is that why you were all moody today ? My mercurial wifey !
She shook her head like a little baby making pouty faces.
Wrapping her tighter in his arms , he kissed her forehead .
Omkara : Come on turn , I'll give you a massage .
Gauri : Hein ?!
Omkara : Using hot water bag of course !
Both giggled and hugged each other again .
And the rest of the night went in Omkara taking care of Gauri ,with Gauri thanking her Shankarji for bringing Omkara into her life.
P.S I don't know how silly did this turn out .
Just wanted to write something short .
