Does Anika remember her dad's name ?

How old was Anika when they was taken to Orphanage ? From FB she looks like atleast 8 or so .. 8 year old usually know their parent's name ...

So if Shivaye mentions Harshvardhan Trivedi .. would it make her recall that its her dad ?

Yes it would...she remembers chutki in her dreams/ nightmares...

That's why CVs conveniently made her sleep when Shivaay was telling her about Foreman and his name being Harshvardhan Trivedi ...

She might be lost her father at 3 yrs or so,in that possibility she doesn't remember anything ,Actually we don't know what was her age when she lost his dad/parents and became orphan,everything is mystery now,I think we have to wait for 2 more episodes.She might me reached orphanage much later after losing her parents, in that case can't predict anything for now.
