My Speculation

Among the live ones Bua and veer(may be Tia also) only knows who is the culprit baaki junta like media wale or others are suspecting either Oberois or Trivedi i guess,So my theory is Shivaay will accidentally get the proofs/evidence/papers that Trivedi was not the culprit,and he also gets to know he is Anika's father.May be situation will arise like the court will suspect Trivedi or oberois so investigation stars by police,then they arrest Oberois out of some false proofs or suspicion,then oberoi will ask Shivaay to destroy the proofs about Trivedi not being the culprit and they particularly Tej may try to frame Trivedi as Culprit as he feel he is no more in the world and thinking that it will easy for them to get out of the mess.Then Shivay will be under pressure whether to choose family and try to help them getting out of jail or to choose TRUTH/ Dharma and Anika 😆 by handing over the proofs he had supporting Trivedi 😆

I know it is contrived or may be illogical😆but based on CVs history their theories were contrived and more illogical compared to this😆 but i find the above theory interesting to me😆 like Shivaay choosing the Truth and Anika over the family,but some may be disappointed if it happens as it will be Truth Vs Family more rather than Family vs Anika i guess😆.Yeah even if oberois are not the culprit and shivaay knows it ,he can't allow framing of Trivedi to protect the family from jail if at all if my theory happens😆

Edit:Shivay may try to find original culprit to get oberois out of jail but he not able to do so in time in my theory😆
