Isn't it obvious that it will always be Ruvya when DBO started ? Just because Sumo was brought back, I didn't know why every one assumed that it will be Rumya as end game.

I assumed it because if they wanted RuVya to be the end pair there was no need of introducing Saumya again. It was possible to build RuVya story ( which is not build-up till now, IMO) without Somu too. Also, I think a large part of IB fandom likes RuMya as pair. So, I thought CVs ne fans ki sunn li. 😆😆

There wasn't a single scene or interaction between Rudy and Sumo where it was shown that well Rumya could be end game. When Shivaay asked Rudy to close this eyes and see who he loves most, he saw Bhavya. You know I felt that scene was for us fandom who were rooting for Rumya. It was clear that it will be Ruvya.

@bold: Maine yeh scene bass suna tha, dekha nahi tha. But still, Indian serial can have the weirdest flips. So, I thoughy Rudra may flip. I was rooting for that flip.😆😆

Of course most of the IB fandom love Rumya. If Gul wanted, she could have started a love triangle by having both Sumo and Bhavya when the latter character was introduced. But she was very clear and brought in Bhavya after scrapping Sumo character.

Though it was wrong on Gul's part to bring back Sumo when she knows that fans will root for Rumya.

From what I have seen of Gul from past 1.5 yrs, she will never listen to fans. She will make the show suffer and may lead to its end but still she will stick to her decisions only.
