Last few days have lulled by thinking what lies ahead at #ShivikaKiNayiShuruvat. There has been unrest n dissatisfaction related to the storyline n we have absorbed it all.its disheartening to see so much worry n negativity when the show has given us immense love n hope in return.
In any case keeping my hopes n positivity alive it makes me ponder why shivaay is like this?why so informative but not ready to share his worries even with his closest confidant Anika.If you allow me to be dramatic,jisne shivaay ke har sukh dukh mein saath diya hai usse kyun chupana?
Only one answer comes to my mind "The highest form of Love is to be the protector of another persons solitude." When you have lived a life of a protector,when you have loved someone dearly, you protect them from all the pain, you dont want to be the cause of it. Even if that means to simply share your worry or document the event.
Those thoughts are secondary that the people you are protecting would protect you in return too n much more!!! But the primary instinct of any person who is a protector would be to absorb the shock himself. We have to give in some patience n time since his world just came crumbling down,let him first accept it himself as to what just happened!
A lot of you will argue now he is supposed to tell Anika.I agree but somewhere she will have to understand it herself. As a woman I would want to know whats clouding my husbands mind but when I see he is not ready to share I shall wait. Now thats a understanding I dont neccessarily like but over the years I have made peace with it.
Anika still doesn't know the reason behind shivaay's transfer of shares or why he left OM and of Svetlana's blackmail still. She just followed him without questioning saying I will stand by you come what may. That's Anika. She does complain about not sharing his worries but stands by him irrespective of that. Like you said that's what wives do.
The game was never about Shivaay vs Anika it was always about shivika. When a problem arises its not about you should have told me but what do we do now.Its the mantra of modern relationships n m glad HS has not wasted too much time on playing blame games.She has always kept shivika together n we cant thank her enough for that.
Shivika have always been like, " I m there waiting n watching,keeping it to the shadows, but when you need me, I will step out of the shadows to protect whats mine!"
True that!! It's exactly the Shivika relationship equation.
Another worry that is voraciously gulping the fandom is will our mighty SSO turn gareeb?arey nahi bhai...the articles tell us he will be struggling but not gareeb.I need the fandom to have some faith in HS.Who doesnt have struggle in their lives.Yes, ppl do go bankrupt within a night. its hard to believe but struggles are eminent truth of our lives.The only way out is to live with one's head held high.I have no doubt that shivika would do that when the time comes.
We have to remember gareeb for shivaay is not being able afford seven star accommodation for Rudys friends, not able to buy the top most designer wear for Bhavya and not being able to spend in crores for Rudys wedding. That's my take. Because after the plane crash during the Goa episode when Anika enjoys the open star lit night and says she is getting this without paying and free fund mai shivaay comments tum ithna middle class ho?!! So for SSO standards gareeb is different. I sincerely hope Harneet does not break my trust in her writing and don't bring it down to not able to pay rent or electricity bill kind
This write up was not to instigate shivaay vs anika debate.i consider them one but a difference of opinion will always occur.Trust me our IB is way much better than other shows where a month would go in blame game n the villians would have done more damage by thenđ
All I hope for that the fandom needs to be together for The track ahead.yes it will be disheartening to see our shivika like that but I do feel this lesson is important in shivaay Life with only Anika by his sideđł

Well written yaar Twisha. I said earlier in EDT that shivaay is not just superman for just Rudy he is superman for all the Shivika fans. We find it difficult to see him struggle or get outsmarted by person like veer.
But yes wait and watch needs to be the mantra. My thoughts in green :)
