I had always compared ib to modern mahabharat where there is greed for money in sr. Oberoi's. The segment scene in which annika's poisoned plate falls down made me remember a chapter from mahabharat where Shakuni builds a palace of wax, gifts it to pandavas, poisons their food and burns the palace so that their death can look like an accident. However when they were going to eat poisoned food some food falls down and their pet mouse eats it and dies. Thus they realize the plan to kill them and escape. I think similar things are going to happen here. When the plate falls down veer will become very angry but in order to maintain his image in the eyes of Oberoi's he will excuse himself out of the house with his daughter. When they are gone annika will try to become a gl by picking up the broken plates eoth bare hands due to which she will have a cut. Everyone will rush to her but in the mean time their pet CCSO will come and eat the fallen food and fall ill. Sso will take CCSO to a vet and there he will come to know that there was some drug in the food which was for anni. Veer and his partners will be unaware of these things. Thus SSO will make a plan to save anni and to find who is behind it.

I dont want their first kid aka CCSO to be harmed in any way! But highly possible and mainly be the only way Shivika will get to know abt the poisoned food!

Also, i am irritated at Shivaay! How easily he trusts strangers and does not look beyond the obvious! Right from Tia, Ragini, Abhay and now Veer. His wife is sick and a stranger injects something in the carotid artery without even knowing what she injested and shivaay in retrospect is not suspicious? Strange!
