I don't really want to get in to it, but the fact is DBO was fully in the IB universe therefore the actions of the characters there are very relevant here. As a viewer since the start of IB and a fan I will say this: Omkara is far more than you have described here. he was compassionate - something you seem not have noticed in 'all' the qualities he had. When exactly did anyone step in to fix his relationship with his father? I don't recall it. Omkara dealt with burdens no child should have on there shoulders and those were burdens he shouldered alone - that can't be lessened and as his fan I refuse to listen to that. Responsibility - he's self-made of course he has responsibilities.

The regression for Omkara is that he was always courageous enough to follow his own dreams before listening to the wishes of others - it's something I find incredibly admirable about him - and now he has given that away (temporarily or not). I for one cannot see that as growth.

Can everyone show a little more respect in writing about characters. We all watch the show so they're virtues and faults are evident to us all, you might have a disagreement of opinion but not everyone will agree with you.
