It's not shown they r too happy...or immediately happy.

They r first shown little Nirmal, then while doing rituals in SSO style it shows her imp in life. He is seen crying for family, but that doesn't mean he will forget other responsibility.

N then Annikas excitement or shall I say her way of lightening the mood up of SSO.

Then again he is back to being emotional n asking for space thinking abt OmRu😭
