Word to everything you said, Amri! Those of us who've been here since the early days know VERY well all that NM and SC and ESPECIALLY SC have overcome in terms of how they were put down...well...as they say...sau sunaar ki, ek lauhaar ki :P

WORD on them working their butts off to nurture Shivika and taking them to a whole another level beyond the words on paper...to me, these two are my longest reason for sticking with this show cuz I've hardly ever stuck with a show for this long😆

We are all proud mommas today...bacchas made us so so SO proud👏👏...I can't remember the time a pair clean swept the award season like this...do you? And what makes it sweeter is the sheer GRACE with which they handle every accolade...that just makes me adore them more.

Even today, in her speech, you could tell that SC was far more floored by how much the award meant to all the fans who had hoped and prayed and voted so much for both her and NM...that was just so sweet to watch.

NarBhi are such a wonderful pair and their off screen friendship only add to their charm and chemistry. The wonderfully talented SC got her due and what a wonderful way to round off the year filled with achievements for the talented cast.

She has evolved since the start of IB, she has grown from strength to strength and Anika as a character is beautifully portrayed by her. Congrats to NM and SC for nailing the best jodi again.

Both of these are the only reason for me to watch this show even after many of the stupid tracks that were shown..

these two are few of those who outshine the script and bring that awesome performance on screen...

And cheery on the cake is put them in one frame and then the magic happens !!!

I was attracted to the show because of Annika and the way Surbhi performed bowled me over... no one has the voice modulations to the perfection than her, the slight quiver in her voice when enacting the emotional scenes, I say no one does that better.. then of course Shivaay Singh Oberoi... Though it was a typical Gul type male lead, NM took this to another level with his swag, style, performance and of course his eyes ☺️

and together they create magic on screen !!!

Off screen too, these guys have made the impact... often we love the characters and the actors because they portray your favorite characters .. but I am a big fan of their off screen personality too...

NM, this man is truly inspirational... well-read, witty, dreamer, and truly a trailblazer !!!

SC, I love her ... no pretense, child-like, always smiling !!! She is one of those who will always give credit to every one involved no matter the award is !!!

A big thumps up 👍🏼 to them and Shivika/NarBhi will always remain close to my heart no matter what !!!

Oh god I am so happy for both NM & Surbhi for they got what they deserved. I started watching Ishqbaaz only for Surbhi and love her for the person she is. Love both NM & Surbhi.

I'd say the year belonged to both of them :) Yes, NM won every best actor award but SC won every best jodi award right alongside him too, not to forget...this best actress award is a different kind of validation today.
