really liking the Bareilly track... And hoping it will develop into something useful, with Omkara little by little realising each and every prejudice he had against Gauri were wrong...
Like in Shivika story, Shivaay knows everything Anika did for him, but Omkara knows nothing or realises nothing. Currently he knows that Gauri loves him and he falsely accused her.
But, he does not know, what all Chulbul, Gauri did for him, even when fighting against people like Kaali and Buama...
Little by little Omkara is seeing the mirror, not because Gauri is telling him what she did, but by realising what she stil has to go through everyday.
Her example of small own people's mentality hit home to Omkara, bciz that's exactly what he did to her, not stopping to think for one sec that Arjun and Gauri could be friends or relatives, he accused her.
Kunals acting is great when he realises that he judged her like a small Towner...
And it was his insecurity towards Gauri that made him do that. Somewhere in his heart he knew her truth, but it was too good for him to believe, since all he has seen so far in life is betrayal, selfishness and pain. And Gauri is an anomaly for him, she is exact opposite of what he expects and he is still coming round to that fact.
Similarly for Gauri, her beliefs are most important to her.
That's why even when Omakara is standing before her, only difference the turban, she refuses to even think for a sec that he will come to her.
She has her doubts, each time she looks at Dilpreet, she hears him talk, the comfort level she has with him, his eyes, his hair, his walk, his demeanour, everything reminds her of Omkara.
But could he be Omkara?
According to Gauri - NO.
She believes he does not love her and will never put on a disguise and come to her.
I saw many posts in the forum re: why doesn't Gauri recognise Omkara?
She does, in a way, and Shrenu is portraying that very well on screen, the suspicion, the doubt...
But she also believes and cannot hope at all, that it is him.
She cannot, lest she gets hurt again.
Loving Shrenals acting, both of them are brilliant and each frame is worth savouring..
What say people?
