I have been watching Pre merger IB episodes (I have only watched DBO and only DBO-IB MS before merger).

So after seeing the character graph of Shivaye for whom family comes first and Om for whom truth comes first. There is this dialogue in one of the episodes where Ishana's truth comes out, Om says if I have to chose between truth and family I will chose truth. I think the way they defined the brothers, vanvas track would be based on this conflict.

I think Oberois has done something bad which is related to the maha aarthi incident and when that comes out Shivaye will chose to defend his family and Om will chose to stand with truth which I think will make the brothers go against each other. Rudy probably will stand with Shivaye.

I'm still sure that the Kalyani Mill Fire is not the Elder Oberois fault. They sure portrayed it that way.
