Same pich😊 This is what I posted in rikara AT earlier today. :
This is me being positive for this messed up double MU track. Don't know if this makes sense. Jsut wanted to get out of my system. So that I can work on my deadlines. And honeslty want to give myself some peace. And I thought this would help me.
Omkara:
He doesn't believe that he can have happiness in his life. He has accepted pain as his friend. A friend and saaya that would remain with him, doesn't betray him, is painful but loyal to him. This is HIS TRUTH!! And he just cannot come out of it. This is what defines him. HIS PAIN!! He does not consider himself worthy enough of any love or happiness. Everyone in his life has betrayed him. Has given him pain. So much PAIN that it is easy for him to live with PAIN but very evry difficult or almost impossible for him to accept that he is entitled for happiness. That he is worthy enough of Gauri's love.
So now, even when he knows that gauri loves him. Even when he knows he is irreplacable in her life. Even though he knows she rejected the proposal once. He is scared and not ready to give up what defines him. He heard gauri accepting Mr Creep's marriage proposal. He does not know the reason behind her agreement. And because of his previous experiences and fears, om choses to believe that he is entitled for this PAIN. That he is entitled to being alone. And he rationalizes this with his previous actions. he knwos he wronged her. It is easy for him to believe that he is being punished for that. That he has lost her. And because he BELIEVES he knows how to live with this PAIN he has decided to go back.
After living as DPS he now knows that gauri is not gold digger. Has heart of gold, is pure like morning's dew. He does not have any doubt on this.
Gauri:
For gauri its all about om. His wish is her command. She will move heaven and earth for his wish. Removing herself from his life for that is no big deal. She is ready to live like a lifeless person for rest of her life. Her monologue after marriage defines gauri and her take on this relationship:
" Humne hamesha shankarji mein vishwas rakha. Aur aaj unhone hum bachane ke liye aapko bhejakar hamarae vishawas ka maan rakha. Aap hamarae hain yeh hamara vishwas hai. Hum aapke ho na ho ye aapki marji. Humein zabardasti aapse kuch nahin chahiye. Na rishta na naam. aap aaj ke baad hum se milo na milo, dekho na dekho hamarae man mein bas aap raheyenge. Ham aapka samman karenge aapse prem karenge par badle mein aap se kuch nahin maange. Prem bhi nahin."
Gauri is always ready to take risk and sacrifice herself for her loved ones. She is very pure, gentle and strong at the same time. With heart of gold, is ready to love everyone. But I feel at the same time because she is adopted and because she has handled everything alone for so long that she also feels that she is entitled to being alone in this world. One time she chose to believe that om will love her and understand her. And will be hers. It ended with her heart being broken. Her trust and belief being shattered. Her innermost fears were validated that day. That she is entitled to being ALONE!!
Omakara and gauri are mirror of each other. Both are ready to do anything and everything for their loved ones. Because both are so alone that their sacrifices give them relief. Gives them sense of belonging to someone. Comforts them with the thought that someone considers worhty enough to ask/expect for sacrifice.
This whole MU will end with omkara's realization that living without Gauri is one PAIN that he cannot live with. That he would die if that happens. That she is HIS and only HIS. And in this relationship, it will be omkara who will tie their fate together. He married gauri!! He wrote her name in kul patri!! He stopped her from leaving!!
So I think, this double MU track will end with his realization of his love for gauri. With his realization that they both belong to each other. That they are two bodies with one soul. This will also lead to same realization for gauri. Today, she does love him to do anything but does not believe that HE is HERS.
