who else is disappointed with Omkaras u-turn ?

He never trusted Gauri, never listened to her, did he also not feel anything to then so brutally dismiss her after the inspiration sequence?

And then, Lo and behold, Gauris muh-bola Bhai has to come, say one two sentences to Omkara and he is a changed man?

This is so so disappointing, their story had so much potential, relationship progress and development could have been so beautiful, but now it's just destroyed...

They really try and explore every dialogue between Shivika, every expression, every nuance in their character, their relationship, their story, and others?????

So disappointing!

If they wanted to show u- turn they should have shown some build-up. Omkaras feelings, Gauris feelings. Omkara remembering certain aspects of Gauris character that he never noticed before. Omkara trying to find out about how she suffered and how much she has sacrificed all along.

No, everything was so abrupt...

Him stopping her from leaving after Buama track

Him asking her to leave after inspiration track

Everything in between

The sudden exhibition and him expecting her to not leave coz he thinks his thought process was wrong

And how???????????.

No pace, no progress, no momentum, just stop -start without any rhyme or reason...

Exactly my thoughts! I am so happy someone else posted it! It was such a disappointment. They have ruined it and there is no coming back from it! This merger sucks big time. It's not worth watching anymore 😭

cvs there is something missing :( good dailogue delivery or may be good script

May be Atif he brings best on Rikara I miss Atif Rikara badly

Actors are so good chemistry is so good they look so perfect onscreen but cvs are not giving strong dailouges to Rikara or any couple :(

Today I felt every couple was flat :( It looks like Harneet has lost interest or whoever writing the dailogue have lost interest.

What was that boring date on shivika with the weird man, Rudy wasting eggs n Omkara doing exhibition for Gauri but still expect Gauri to read his mind n forgive him , Omkaraji Gauri is not a mind reader who thinks he did all for her do she can realise where she Belongs in his life.

Regarding Rikara I just hope she does not call him or come bsck by herself to him

Rikara has great potential n story to grow but cvs are not utilising it properly it's very annoying

Agree completely with everything you said. They haven't really explored or rather they didn't bother exploring the emotions behind Om's sudden change of heart-that is why, to me, everything looks a little superficial and falls flat.

After Dandi's revelation he should have been shown contemplating on the venom he's been spewing-the hurt and pain he might have caused Gauri-even if we ignore everything that's happened in the past, then at least he should have spared a thought for their recent altercation? Idk. For me, it's the lack of emotions at play that's off-putting. Though I do have an alternative theory for it; I think that the MU has not been cleared entirely. Dandi Bhaiyya just pointed out the obvious to Om, it has always been right in front of him but he just couldn't look beyond the perception he formed of Gauri based on their first meeting. So, what Dandi Bhaiyya said will just help Om reconcile the two versions of Gauri in his head for their love story to kick start but he will find out about the whole of Barielly truth later; the torture Gauri went through at the hands of Kaali and the pain he inflicted on her inadvertently that's where the redemption track will come in and maybe that's what they're saving his guilt/remorse/angst for (I truly hope this is the case, fingers crossed).

Having said that, I do feel that he could have shown SOME remorse for his words-the recent ones atleast, then the exhibition/paintings would have made more sense. His reaction to Gauri leaving didn't sit well with me-I mean, he looked restless at best. In comparison, he looked more concerned in the thick of his hate when she hurt her hand wearing those bangles.

Also, can Gauri please appear to be a little hurt/angry/disappointed with how she was treated?!

Arghhh. Damn these writers.

I loved the way Gauri left also knowing now she has no place in Omkara life n started her way about looking for a job this could have been explored too

But comin bsck to Omkara , yes doing an exhibition for ur wife thinking shr will forget all the harsh word and coming back running ho OM n Omkara life was shown very simple I wanted good long conversation between them but this time wanted Omkara to speak up n tell her whatever she wanted to hear

Cvs please work on good dialogues effective one bcs u r very lucky to have good talented actors with brilliant chemistry

I think if I m not wrong Rudy actually indirectly making Omkara keep checking his phone whether Gauri is to call or not hsha n make Omkara more desiseate so he can try again this is another way to look at it :

Omkara should sort his love life by himself n decide

Cvs please make Story Little more effective

PS: I m liking shivri Ruri can we get more bcs Gauri need someone to talk

Yeah, Dandi Bhaiyya just dropped a hint, the same thing that some of us wanted Gauri's mum to do so it's not a revelation per se, according to my understanding. Though DB's intention was noble I didn't really like how the scene was executed. Could have been SO much better-but chalo khair hai, abb toh hougaya. Plus later, they used all the wrong scenes for the flashbacks and that just added to my frustration.

Gauri leaving has been the best thing in RiKara journey so far, lol. I really didn't see it coming. But she shouldn't just come back like that, Om should work a little hard to get her back. As for telling her what she wants to hear, I don't think Om has reached that place yet, there's still a long way to go..but they do need to talk things out.

OMG. I feel half the reason why some intense scenes lose their impact is because they're followed up by OmRu comedy which doesn't make sense at all..now is not the time for comical scenes. The intensity just fizzles out-this is something the writers need to understand!! Someone like Om would be sitting in a corner, brooding over his misdeeds and trying to rectify the mistakes-per CVs ko kaun samjhaye?!

Anyway, I still think the story is salvageable, the CVs need to pull their socks up and do a better job. Same goes for the editing team.

Totally agree. A few weeks back I was happy with their progression. Om staying outside in that tent was a very good scene. The dori scene was romantic and hot. Then even the inspiration stuff was good. The showdowns were good. Mostly coz the actors are so good. They are the only ones saving the script between RiKara.

I have not seen the last episode but where is that intensity? Even the ADHM song with OmRu? Has anyone seen a more "Thanda" reception for a song that intense? I mean there was not even a decent scene selection in it. Rudra looking at a raw egg? W*F are we being punked? I only saw that episode last night coz was still catching up to last week. I was like Whatever! It was really bad. Both of them but Om was worse with no real FEEL in the recall at all. There is more intensity in TejVi. LOL.

Om finding out that Gauri was Khali's victim was such a let down. Total anti climax. No build up. So left field. They wanted to show both Om and Ruda take off after their respective partners so did this quick patch job where both find out the truths of their lives from different sources! Om's was a huge let down. Not that Rudra's was much better!

I am not saying the show is not entertaining all. It is. But it's clear the issues we had nearly 1 year ago has not been resolved. Since DBO ended their is no real focus on the progression of Rikara. They tried, but they have failed. This show will always only have one story that is properly executed. Even that is very repetitive and going around in circles. But at least there is some level of substance in it. RiKara have been let down badly and they have brought in a story with a rather fantastic plot for Rudra which has many holes in it. His was supposed to be a straight forward love story of differing ideologies clashing. But they got rid of his FL and over complicate it with an ACP and this terrorist track. The whole show is confused.

I think the CVs need to buck up big time and tighten the script. They are relying on ALL the actors their chemistry and popularity to sell this show. That is working to an extent too. The show has a loyal following. Hell even I am a loyal fan. Still watching this show despite the many gaping holes. I enjoy watching all three stories. But I can only enjoy it properly if it makes "Sense". Right now it doesn't. Not even Shivika really makes sense, and that is the story they actually know what they are doing with. So what do we expect for the other Brothers? As long as the three brothers are in one frame I will never be able to stop watching this show and that is what the makers are banking on. They have no respect for us as an audience. A loyal one too. They take the audience for granted.

Gul needs to stop throwing all her resources behind her Science expriement and concentrate on her show that actually DOES have an audience and is making the ratings charts and making money for the channel. Back your winning horse Gul. Treat Ishqbaaz your cash cow and the pairings and character in it with Respect. Warna aap Ki wo Nayi baby Purani Ko bhi Le doobegi! LOL. It's only a matter of time!

Cannot agree more. Rikara fans (or atleast few of them like me) are upset with the way Rikara relationship has been handled. Losing interest in the show now. I feel as if the writers and makers are taking revenge on Rikara fandom for bashing them on social websites. We were so happy when Gauri left OM. And now I am sure that she will be back today , no redemption track, no proper romance...Anyways I am liking Shivika and loving Ruvya now. But actors wise Shrenal is always my top favorite ❤️

Frankly speaking what keeps RiKara going now are Shrenu Parikh and Kunal Jaisingh...otherwise the characterisation, the script and above that the flimsy direction...and icing on the cake...lack of continuity are just a tip of the iceberg of the long list of deterrents

For heaven's sake Gauri have some self respect...i want my Bulldozer Gauri back...not this submissive one...this man has called you characterless and has never spared an opportunity to insult you...and you go all gaga over him and melt like an ice cream!!!...what does that make you? Desperate?

And Om...woahh ...what a question..."Tum chali kyun gayi?"...seriously???...ghar par baithkar Aarti utarti?...Gauri goes away...and Om comes back home to happily solve family problems...Gauri goes away from the exhibition venue...and Om stands there like a statue...Dude...it was just a fraction of a second...at most she must have reached the gate...couldnt you at least go to the exit of the venue?

And congratulations to all Gauri fans...today she will call Om up...because he ignores her...wow...what originality

Om called her characterless, gold digger...he wanted to get her arrested, almost dragged her out of the house once, asked her to consume poison and die, and Gauri cannot stay away from him for atleast one week. This is neither emotional, nor romantic, nor funny, its utter stupidity,...
