I know this has been discussed already and I am probably late to today's party but just thought would put a few things down about what I think could be happening. I will edit and add after tomorrows episode as I feel today's episode was just laying the groundwork for what is to come for the next few episodes.
Again my take so feel free to contradict but no bashing pls ..
So we are all expecting the famed ShivIka separation but I am in serious doubt that it is that which is going to happen. This is Pinky's track not ShivIka's.
Let's start with where things ended yesterday, though I think this is something that started way before that of course. When Ishqbaaaz101 brought the choice of Sangeet song to my attention it confirmed my niggling doubt that it was not just me who found it to be a strange choice of song for a separation of husband from wife. I would have expected anything but that KKK3G' one for a sangeet with a ShivIka separation coming. Is this not the movie where the older adopted son goes on a long Vanvas because the father brings it to his attention that he is indeed adopted?? Hmm! Interesting!!
Ending the sangeet with the famed "Kabhi Khusi Kabhi Gaam' part playing while the brothers were dancing and the DBO salute was a dead giveaway btw đ
I did say that the focus for the past few episodes, including the MS ones, has been Shivvay enjoying his Family and Shivvay the Family Man not so much Shivvay the husband.That is what every dance has ended up showing Shivvay happy as a Family Man not so much Shivvay enjoying as just a husband. I did say that his dancing with reckless abandonment with Om and Rudy yesterday is what brought tears to Annika's eyes and that pain that this joy he feels might be short lived was very evident in her eyes. There is a very fiercely protective tigress emerging in Annika and a lost and vulnerable Shivvay being shown. He is more Billu since the Sangeet (hairstyle and all) than the Shivvay.
The light behind Annika when she is facing Pinky and introspecting about her luck with relationships could not have been a random thing, not twice. This light only shines when they are in a good place together, not when they are having problems between them.
The conversation before the Sangeet yesterday between MIL-DIL and the one in the hallway was kinda like they were equals, not Pinky threatening Annika. Annika did not look worried. Sad and melancholy, yes, but not worried.
In her room, "Tujhe wohi karna hai Annika jo tumne thana hai kyunki issi mein Shivvay ki bhalai hai"
IF ANNIKA IS WORKING BY HERSELF AND NOT WITH SHIVVAY:
It is not necessary that the firm decision she has made is the one to leave him so that the truth stays hidden but yes, her decision to do what is right and best for him (tough love as one may call it) may have the risk that he might sever ties from her as well because she caused this pain and grief upon him. The tough decision (if she unveils the birth secret) she has made may or may not make him throw her out of his life but it will for sure cause him to hate her, maybe forever, for bringing the ugly truth to light because of her actions. That may be the separation she fears will happen. It is a huge risk where her marriage is concerned but for Shivvay's happiness she has to risk it.
If one truly loves ones husband, one does not just get up and leave the unsuspecting husband you swore to support and protect, through good times and bad, only because you want to protect him from a lie that he has been living. No you don't, in fact you try to bring it to light in the most gentle way, no matter if he is going to hate you for bringing his world crashing down around him for the rest of his life because you know in your heart that you did it out of love and that is enough to make you feel less guilty about causing him this unbearable pain.
You would bring that lie to light because it is the lie that is letting him be manipulated and used by people who do not truly care for his well-being. It is the lie that can be brought to light any day that this manipulative woman feels like ruining him or holding it as blackmail over him, because she holds the key to his weakness. It is the lie that you know is like a sword hanging over his head that can drop any day and shatter the man. And what if you are not around to gather him up when he is shattered by it??
Imagine that she does leave him and walk out of is life who IS she leaving him at the mercy of??
A woman who is NOT his mother (as far as she knows) but is just going to use him for her benefit like she has done since birth? A woman who has shown clearly, open disgust at him being the child of her husband's mistress and does not care for his feelings. A woman, for whom, he is just a possession and a pawn to use and abuse till she has no further use for him.
You really would be daft enough to leave the husband you love, more than life itself, at the mercy and influence of such a woman who does not care 2 penny's for him or his welfare and you think that it is the right decision you have made??!!! If Annika does that she clearly needs to have her priorities and her head checked out.
Leaving him unprotected (now that you know the truth) and at the mercy of Machiavellian people/person,is running from your responsibilities under the pretext of protecting him from the stark reality. He is going to hate you and probably leave you anyway so why not hate you for doing the right thing, which is bringing the truth before him.
Annika has never run from reality and she knows that as much as it will tear him apart to learn the truth it will come out someday if not today then maybe tomorrow. And when it does come out coupled with the fact that you knew about it but chose to lie to him, even though it was to protect him, how much more will that betrayal hurt. How much more will it hurt that you had no confidence in his ability to face life's realities? How much more will it hurt that you thought him a weak and soft man, not able to face the truth about himself? And now imagine the you have walked out on him and left him to battle this alone.
IF ANNIKA IS WORKING WITH SHIVVAY:
The conversation with Tia gives away so many things and yes, I am glad to see the sweet Tia back. She did not suit the Vamps role at all. Bring Robin too yaar!! I miss the guy ..lolđ
"Are you sure Annika?? Yeh Bahut Mushkil hai. Tum kar paooge Tia knows that being a bad person will be difficult for Annika and she wonders if she will be able to pull it off.
"Karna hoga Shivvay key liye", is said with a bit of hesitation which could mean that she is not comfortable with what she is doing but Shivvay has asked her to do it and for his sake she will have to put on this act.(the sweet music playing is their romantic music not the ominous one)
"Dar nahi lagta"
"Jab tak Shivvay mere Saath Hai mujhe koi daar nahi" and the look and smile accompanying it cannot be a mistake. She is secure in the knowledge that he will make it all right.
"Tia bas ek hi din bacha hai" The truth out in one day that will change not just Annika's life but Shivvay's as well. Should it now have been just Annika's though. It is too late to back out now as the wheels have been set in motion.
This means there are more players than just Annika, Shivvay and Tia. We need to watch more closely and where the heck is Dadi??? Is she the one working behind the scenes??
Hum Saath they, saath hai aur humesha saath rahengey. Chahe kuch bhi ho jayee Annika darna maath Is that not what Shivvay had said when they walked down for the Kul Gothra puja.
Throughout the episode she is feeding Pinky what Pinky wants to hear and see but she is also making sure that Shivvay hears how unfair Pinky is to her and how she treated Gauri better than her. Why do I feel she or they, is or are, playing a double game with Pinky and the fool is falling for it.
And why is Khanna so hesitant to give her the papers?? Why the weird and sad look in his eyes?? We all know he is always in on their plans. Is it because he knows that the insulting and throwing out of Annika is going to happen??
The precap is her fighting for Shivvay's stake in the shares that he has worked so hard for. Why should they be shared with OmRu she asks? She might ask him to put it in her name I feel at which Pinky will of course roar.. lol
So she is going to battle for the property with MIL?? Is that the plan??
All I can say is that she has turned into Pinky for some reason and I have a feeling she/they is/are trying to make Pinky blurt out some truth.
