1)Mallika's entry-Is it going to happen really???
2)Aditti's entry as Shivaay's ex gf-I think it is confirmed
3)Anika being pregnent.

Honestly please don't believe any of these spoilers. Media seems to be banned again from sets so none of these are confirmed, they are just rumours. The only thing that's highly possible is the separation from the way the current track is going.
