I'm so sorry that you missed chapter seven when I first updated it! I was hoping you would catch it since I was rushing to get the new chapter out! I will have the next update out soon! it will be up in less than a week but I can't say for sure which day it will be out!

I feel like the current Anika is finally back to being the badass she was in the beginning of IB. She lost her independence and confidence after she got married to Shivaay and that's such an important aspect to her character, you know? So, it was really important that I maintain that characteristic of Anika in my FF, even if she does belong to a khandani parivaar here! I'm glad that you like it!

Hehe you caught on! It wouldn't be Shivika if there aren't any fights right? Especially, since this story is called "Resilience" right? Plus, I'm trying to keep their relationship as organic as possible. There will definitely be bumps in the road. I'll give you a hint and tell you that I do have a fight planned for around chapter 11 :)

In my author's note for the first chapter, I gave a hint and said that Shivaay actually does know that Anika is adopted. However, he doesn't know much more about her past and I won't say more on that. I will reveal the rest as the story progresses! However, Anika doesn't know that Shivaay knows she is adopted! So, you can see the foundation set for a future conflict!

Omru tease Shivaay...
