I don't think Shivaay is figuring anything out till he witnesses it himself or Om or someone else other than Annika rubs his nose into the truth. Seemed to me as though Om and Gauri may do the needful. Om definitely looked as though he had his thinking cap on, may be borrowed it from Shivaay who has clearly lost his. Fortunately no family members support pinky in her nonsense.
