If at all there is a Shivika separation it's definitely not going to be because Shivaay cannot accept Annika for her lack of NKK or she was brought up in an orphanage. It's going to be due to some other misunderstanding most likely a cliched or silly one 😆

From the time Anika has entered Om as a wedding planner, she was with him 24/7 thru thick and thin. Not even one episode of anika not in OM 😆
