Yo guys. How are you all ? I have written a os that too so!e angst stuff which I think is utterly crap. After reading all your ffs , ss and os which had so much emotions , angst , feelings, and passion I too decided to write something like that. Though it did not come out like that. This scene takes place after Pinky had very badly insulted Anika ( which she always do) . Anyways do drop your reviews.
"Shivaay I think it's better to part ways."Anika said dejected.
Anika's words shocked Shivaay. He felt the ground beneath his feet move.Shock and the feeling to lose her was clearly visible on his face by the impact of her words.Taking a deep breath and calming his mind he began to speak.
"Anika look..."
"No Shivaay enough is enough. Why don't you understand there's no future ahead for US. I .. I don't have naam , khoon or khandaan . I don't even know who my parents are. Whereas look at you you have got all of this and even more. How can we ever be together. There is no point of arguing Shivaay, no point." She whispered sobbing.
"Dare you say anything like that again about yourself. I don't care what anyone says or do. You are my wife Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi. We will sort out everything."
"Shivaay what about Pinky aunty. She is a mother Shivaay. Your mother. She has got dreams for her son. She has cared for you. She has all the rights to see if her Daughter in law has got what she's looking for.
"Anika I will make Mom understand."
"Shivaay do you trust me ?"
"More than myself."
"Then listen to me. She wants the best for you. And I am not the best..." she trailed off
"Anika please try to understand"
"No Shivaay you understand. I love you"
Shivaay was shocked as well as surprised as happiness took control of his heart. He began to speak when Anika's next words froze him to his spot.
"I love you Shivaay and will always love you but not at the cost of my self respect."
Before he could speak Anika left the room.Sighing she pressed against the wall as tears began to flow uncontrollably.
"Is love not meant for me? " She closed her eyes taking a deep breath she made her way towards the kitchen.
Pinky Singh Oberoi stood there as she watched the exchange between her son and her so called daughter in law.
She watched as the girl sacrificed her love for her choice. Her self respect. In spite of all the abuses Anika still valued her decisions, her choices.How can one be so good.
"You are happy now , right Pinky ?
Controlling her emotions she turned to meet an equally teary eyed Kalyani Singh Oberoi, her mother in law.
"Pinky just because a diamond is from a company no one has ever heard of it doesn't makes the diamond any less. Who knows tomorrow the company be in every news , everyone's topic of discussion. It's the quality that matters not the brand . So will you let go of such a gem which has been offered to you?
Taking a decision with full confidence not caring what the outcome be. She decided to give a chance.
"Never Mummyji "
Dadi smiled at her and motioned her to talk to Shivaay.
Pinky made her way to Shivaay's room to see a sight which made a myriad of emotions flow through her.
Hair tousled , shoulder bent , clothes disheveled Shivaay sat on the floor staring at nothing particular.
His sight made her eyes watered as she found herself guilty for his state.Still gathering her courage she spoke out.
"Oh my mata Shivaay will you just keep sitting here or bring back my bahu."
Alarmed, Shivaay noticed Pinky smiling. Unsure if he heard correct he sat dazed looking at his mother for a response. She just blinked her eyes.
Grinning Shivaay made his towards her as he gave her a bone crushing hug .She hugged her son as he said a thank you and made his way to find Anika .
He found her in the kitchen lost somewhere.
'Might be lost in my thoughts' he thought
That thought brought a smile on his face. Thinking it was not the best place to talk he held her hand.
'Has this man lost it. After such an heated argument he is grinning like an idiot' she wondered.
As soon as she realized he had held her hands she looked up to find him grinning .
Seeing confusion on her face he motioned her to come with him.
"No, Shivaay I am not coming with you."
"Anika no arguments just come with me."
She stood rooted to her place.
Ahh! This girl is too stubborn. Well she has to be after all she is my wife.
Before Anika could proceeds anything he scooped her in his arms. It took a second to realize what has just happened.She started kicking him violently and threw her arms . Shivaay paid no head to her actions and continued walking.
"Shivaay what are you doing, keep me down anyone can see us and then again you will drop me " she hissed.
A smile appeared on both of their faces remembering the previous incident.
"You don't need to worry about that. I won't drop you again."
"Shivaay!!"
"Sshhh sweetheart just keep quiet"
Anika opens her mouth to retort back then closes it again and decides to keep mum. After some time she notices Shivaay has brought her to terrace. After putting her down he looks at her.
"Shivaay why you have brought ..." before she could continue Shivaay put his finger on her lips asking her to keep quiet.
"Anika after your confession today you didn't let me speak. Now you keep quiet and let me speak."
"Shivaay you came on that topic again after whatever I told you. Why I don't you understand I am not the one for you. I have got many flaws. It will take more than a lifetime for you to get accustomed to it..." she began sobbing by the time she finished .
" Anika just listen to me. I know you have got flaws so do I. But trust me Anika you are the best . You may not be perfect but you are the best." He looked at her and continued " And whatever crap you said about your flaws. They make you unique from others. They add to your inner beauty. And you know what you complete me Anika. You do. Have you seen a puzzle piece ?"
She nodded her head.
"Well you must have seen where ever there is a gap or hole the other piece fits there and completes it. That's the case with you and me Anika. You add thrill , fun and what not to my boring life style. And I add shock , surprises , tadi and romance to your life." He completed smirking.
She gasped at him and muttered bagad billa under her breath.
Shivaay grinned at her and said "Now whatever I am you have to lie with me only na.So Anika ..." he bent down on his one knee as Anika looked at him curiously then the realization dawned over her as she looked in horror.
"Anika I don't know how and when this happened but you changed me. And one thing I am sure about is that I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to be the man to stand with you on every occasion, every small and big thing, every happiness and sadness, to hold your hand proudly,to be the shoulder whenever you cry, to love and cherish you till my last breath and even after death, to be the father of Ansh and Shivika." he smirked a little as she blushed and continued " because I love you and will always keep loving you . I can't ask you to marry me cause we are already married but spend the rest your life with me. So Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi will you give me the chance, will you ?"
Anika smiled as tears of happiness flowed from her eyes she threw her hands around his neck.
"Yes Shivaay . Yes . I love you too." Shivaay too hugged her.
Slowly parting from the hug. Shivaay pressed a kiss on her forehead and repeated the same on her eyes and nose as he lowered his lips and breathed in her. Realizing what's coming next she lowered her eyelashes and moved closer
Suddenly she realized something and quickly parted.
" What about Pinky aunty Shivaay?"
"Oh my mata . What about me I have got such a sweet daughters in law. Everyone in kitty parties is going to be jealous of me." Pinky appeared out of nowhere and Omru joined her and clapped.
"Waah Bhaiya aap toh ekdum chupe rustom nikle" Rudra chirped.
"Haan Shivaay ab tuna mere kanji aankhon wale grandchildrens ka sapno bhi jaldi pura karne"
Anika turned red as Shivaay tried to keep a straight face.
While the trio discussed to send the couple on honeymoon for faster results.
" Well Mrs SSO abhi toh Mom ne bacha liya room mein kaun bachaega ?"
"Cheapde kahin ke "
"Oh Anika you haven't seen that side of me till now . Just wait till we get in the room"
Anika slapped his shoulder shyly as he grinned looking at her.
One thing he knew for sure his life was now going to be perfect .
