This channel promotes nayi soch which apparently talks about changing the patriarchal system and to promote independent women and their dreams. But this particular show which comes under the above category promotes domestic violence, use of abusive languages, child abuse, abuse of a differently abled child. It also tries to promote regressive thinking of bridegroom's family being superior the bride's. It also had different scenes of stalking and traumatising of the female lead. The show also had shown use of loose acid as a harming method."

I never thought I would end up doing this to IB, but today is international women's day, I can't stand these regressive
acts under the banner of #nayisoch
Annika was an inspiration a role model and I can't see this anymore.
TV being such a powerful and wide medium needs to keep a check on the content that is aired!
Its high time to act guys!!!
