I have re-evaluated my thoughts on this spoiler. It's been driving me crazy all day! But if I am to believe this spoiler is true, then the turn of events can go a couple of ways. I'm sure people have probably already mentioned all these points...

1) if Shivaay is NOT part of the plan: if Shivaay is not part of the entire memory loss plan, then he has his own agenda which is obviously obtaining the chip. In this case there are two parallel plans going on, Annika's Tia exposure plan and Shivaay's save his brother plan. Now it's quite possible that Shivaay has already set up a fake pandit and all in case things go south and he has to go through with the wedding. My assumption is that prior to the wedding, Annika ko farak parne laga, and she tried to tell everyone about Tia. Now, in this case Shivaays plan would be seen failing apart and in order to get the chip, he kicks Annika out and begins to marry her. It's quite possible he marries her and then demands for the chip. What Mrs. Kapoor does here I have no idea! Only after that, it's quite possible that Annika re-enters with Robin to expose Tia. Now, assuming Annika doesn't know about the fake marriage, I'm sure she would be quite broken that Shivaay went ahead and married Tia (obviously only until Shivaay reveals that the wedding was fake).

2) if Shivaay IS part of the plan: if Shivaay is part of the entire memory loss plan, then the entire situation is self explanatory. He kicked Annika out as part of the plan in order to bring Robin to the mandap, its possible that he still goes through with the fake marragie in order to obtain the chip. In this situation Tia will be Mrs. Shivaay Singh Oberoi for approx 5 min lol ( just writing that line, gave me major michmichi)

Let's see what happens...

how the weeding could be fake.once the MS and sidoor is putted on Tia,how this will be fake.

for me it will kill the essance of Shivika.

Agree with you...shivaay will do pheras...but not sindoor and MS..before tht ani will cme or lights will go off and smeone else put sindoor and MS.
