Why can't Shivika happen right now?

Well the obvious answer here would be his NKK jaap but is it just that?According to Gul Khan ,Shivaay will not accept Annika even after Tia's revelation.Well why would that be, when his NKK jaap would be broken after Tia's revelation. As his Classy Miss Goody good will actually be proved as a Cheapdi ( I really want to see our very un-irritating Pinky's reaction here) so the NKK rant would be vanished from his life. If not then why ? Where is his base for NKK after Tia. The Daksh Drama already should have shaken his foundation, as I said according to me. The Cv's completely ignored that part and after that we didn't get a single Shivaay's insight scene. Then comes Om, I am really happy that Shivaay chose Om who isn't even his brother according to him over his NKK rant but then he should obviously ACCEPT Annika.Otherwise he will be proved a big time Hypocrite.But he will not. Because of two things : 1) He has taken Annika too much for granted. Annika can actually willingly leave him will not cross his mind even for once. Never. Because Annika has actually been there for him, always. So even if doesn't accept her, what will happen ? No one is there to speak for her and Annika will not leave him.So he could actually Let it be. 2) Respect . He doesn't respect Annika and not only her , he actually doesn't respect women in general and this no fault of his, this time. He thinks women are just there. All the ladies in his life , his mom who never got accepted in society, can't speak English properly and whose life always revolved around him or be it his Badi Maa , Jhaanvi who always craved her husband's love and when she could not, she grew weak and alcohol was her support or be it Priyanka who is always so nervous that she can't speak without stuttering. All these women are weak and Shivaay could not actually respect them . Not even Mallika who always ran away ( BTW did everybody forget about Mallika's love bangles. Annika fell in love after all ) In fact, even with Tia, he thinks she should look after their kids and he can work.In his eyes, no woman can be strong. And it was why his initial days with Annika left him furious. He couldn't actually think that a woman can be strong and face him, the Great Shivaay Singh Oberoi.And when finally Annika does fall at his feet. The respect he started to gain faded away.The way Annika cries for him, worried for him - he got so used to it. That he assumes she always Will and she will not have the strength to leave him.And without respect , his love is incomplete. He doesn't need to accept her.
So a advice to you Annika : Leave him Asap after Tia's revelation. Kindly share your views

I agree. This reminds me of the line Tej said in one of his episodes. "Your respect is always in your own hands" - Anika needs to buck up. She needs to truly show him that she does not need him for her existence. She CAN go on without him. I think in Shivika's relationship, Anika is emotionally very strong. She has dealt with rejection and abandonment all her life so this is normal for her.But Shivaay? He has never never really been abandoned. Everyone's always been just there which is why I believe he takes a lot of things for granted. He needs to truly learn that you can't have the cake and eat it. And Anika has to be the one to teach him this...

I think shivay's believes R extremely shallow in itself that any kind of revelation will help him , his own bade papa is a great cheap sinner even though he have all the great nkk, it's about power n ego , he believes people with nkk R powerful n can do n get any thing they ,want which is true, he doesn't consider himself saint but considering anika as angel , currently he is obsessed with anika, his belives will break when he won't be able to get anika in spite of nkk n power , yes I think he doesn't respect women n consider women equal to men , he is a true MCP, n I doubt he will ever confess his feelings also

But I do believe that his NKK jaap is not that easy to break. You have to remember this man has lived on these principles all his life and has made them the base of all his relationships.These beliefs are pretty much infused into his blood. It's going to take something very BIG to break this belief. I think at this point, he truly believes Anika is an exception to his NKK beliefs. He believes that Anika is an amazing gem despite her NKK. But that does not mean that he can accept her into this world. Because she may have proved her worth to him but her stellar character is peanuts in front of his particular society.. in his world... They will not care about her heart of gold.. they will only care about her bank balance. Shivaay cares a lot about his perception in front of his society and if he brings her into his world, he will only be ashamed of her..and that is truly not fair to Anika.

I do understand , what you are saying.Annika is actually very emotionally strong and she doesn't give up easily. One of her best character traits that makes her admirable.I think the BIG thing will be Annika leaving or if the Oberois lose everything. Or maybe both. I would love that.The Oberois really need to see the real world especially Tej and Shivaay and realize how shallow NKK rant is.And then they will realize the worth of a girl like Annika.But we Still have a long way to go.

I see where you are coming from. Sometimes I think Annika deserves better than Shivaay. But then he does something extremely sweet. Anyways, I completely agree with you. He is a MCP and a typical one. But then he also gets what he wants so Annika leaving him is the only way to make his feelings known.Thank you for sharing opinion 😊

I mostly agree with you. Honestly I think their relationship is beyond love rn, both are too far gone in it. After Tia's revelation, it is only acceptance that remains. That too on Shivaay's part. And I have said this time and again how much I, actually WE, need Annika to leave OM.
I will seriously be pissed if it doesn't. Cause Shivaay needs to buckle up and stop taking her for granted.
