I personally find wattpad pretty much easier for both, reading and writing as well.

You would only need an account and to follow me. You'll be automatically notifed with updates.

I think you should install wattpad app once and see if you're comfortable. Feel free to PM for any queries.

i dont like the app...the website is better

and i have my facebook account on it

but i dont know how to follow you or how to view private updates

I don't think FB account will work. It does, for reading though. But to follow, you would need to have a wattpad account. Clickon my profile and there you can see a follow option. Just click on it.
